تاریخچه استفاده پلیس از سگ های موادیاب
مرکز سگ موادیاب در سال 79 با پیگیری های پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا به طور رسمی افتتاح شد به طوریکه امسال بیش از 20 تن مواد مخدر توسط تیمهای عملیاتی سگ موادیاب کشف و تا حدود زیادی باعث ایجاد اختلال و ناامنی در بخش حمل و نقل جاده ای مواد مخدر شد.

گروه ناجــــــا- مرکز سگ موادیاب در سال 79 با پیگیری های پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا به طور رسمی افتتاح شد به طوریکه امسال بیش از 20 تن مواد مخدر توسط تیمهای عملیاتی سگ موادیاب کشف و تا حدود زیادی باعث ایجاد اختلال و ناامنی در بخش حمل و نقل جاده ای مواد مخدر شد.
به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی پلیس به نقل از پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا، سابقه استفاده از سگ در ماموریت های پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر به ابتدای دهه 60 باز می گردد، به طوری که برای اولین بار در سال 1361 با هماهنگی بعمل آمده میان کمیته انقلاب اسلامی سابق و نیروی هوایی 2 نفر از پرسنل آن نهاد جهت طی دوره آموزشی به پایگاه یکم شکاری نیروی هوایی معرفی شدند و در همان سالها با در اختیار گرفتن 6 قلاده سگ در گلوگاهها اقدام به استفاده از آنها جهت کشف جاسازی های مواد مخدر کردند.
لیکن بروز مشکلاتی مانند حمل و نقل نامناسب ، نگهداری ، امکانات بهداشتی ، تهیه غذا و بیماری در بین سگها باعث تلف شدن آنها شد و به سبب همین مشکلات در سال 64 این واحد منحل گردید .
حدود یک دهه بعد و پس از ادغام نیروهای انتظامی در سال 1374 با احساس نیاز ، دور تازه ای از بکارگیری سگ در ماموریت مبارزه با مواد مخدر در دستور کار ناجا قرار گرفت و قراردادی میان معاونت امنیت ناجا و نیروی هوایی منعقد و طی آن 4 قلاده سگ به ناجا واگذار شد.
در این سالها با توجه به همکاریهای بین المللی بعمل آمده توسط نیروی انتظامی و ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر ریاست جمهوری و ایجاد ارتباط با سازمانها و پلیس های دیگر کشورها، همکاری گسترده ای در زمینه توسعه بکارگیری سگهای موادیاب در مبارزه با مواد مخدر بعمل آمد به طوریکه با همکاری کشور فرانسه و اعزام مربی و تعدادی سگ از سال 78 شالوده اصلی مرکز سگ موادیاب پایه ریزی شد .
در سال 1379 با پیگیری های پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا با خرید باغی به وسعت 12000 هکتار در کمال شهر کرج مرکز آموزش مربی و تربیت سگ موادیاب ناجا به طور رسمی با حضور تعدادی از مسئولین بلند پایه افتتاح شد .
در سال های اخیر توسط این مرکز فعالیت های عمده ای در زمینه تعلیم و تربیت سگهای موادیاب و آموزش مربیان اعزامی از سراسر کشور صورت پذیرفت و از سال 1383 تاکنون با تقویت بیشتر این مرکز دستاوردهای مهمی در زمینه بکارگیری تیم های عملیات سگ موادیاب در استان های سراسر کشور بدست آمد که نقطه اوج این جهش در سال 85 بوده است .
با برنامه ریزی های انجام شده توسط پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا در این سال بیش از 20 تن مواد مخدر توسط تیمهای عملیاتی سگ موادیاب کشف و تا حدود زیادی باعث ایجاد اختلال و ناامنی در بخش حمل و نقل جاده ای مواد مخدر گردید.
به گفته سردار حسین آبادی رئیس پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا، در حال حاضر، 50 قلاده سگ مواد یاب در کشور مورد استفاده پلیس در کشف مواد مخدر قرار می گیرد.
این درحالی است که با مقایسه آمار کشفیات مواد مخدر توسط سگ های مواد یاب از سال 80 تا کنون شاهد سیرنزولی کشفیات هستیم به طوریکه در سال 80، 833 کیلو، درسال 81، 2 تن و 435 کیلو، درسال 82، 4 تن و 605 کیلو، در سال 83، 7 تن و 693 کیلو، در سال 84، 17 تن و 360 کیلو و در سال 85 نیز 20 تن و 823 کیلو انواع مواد مخدر بدست آمده است.
ایجاد مرکز سگ موادیاب یکی از اقدامات موثر ناجا در مبارزه با موادمخدر طی سالهای اخیر بوده و همان گونه که آمارها نشان میدهد از سیر صعودی عملکرد برخوردار بوده ، لذا به نظر میرسد که در صورت تقویت و توسعه این مرکز، نیروی انتظامی در آینده شاهد کسب دستاوردهای بیشتری خواهد بود .
همچنین با تجارب بدست آمده طی این سالها این یگان از قابلیت کافی جهت تبدیل شدن به یکی از مراکز آموزش منطقه ای پلیس برخوردار گردیده و می تواند یکی از مصادیق و نقاط قوت همکاریهای بین المللی پلیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مبارزه جهانی علیه باندها و شبکه های بین المللی مواد مخدر باشد.
