سگهای تجسس ایرانی رکورددار شدند
«كورونى»، «جك» و «پيتر» از سگ هاى امداد ايران هستند؛ «جك» سگ جوانى است كه در جريان زلزله بم، مكان پيرزنى را پس از گذشت ۸ روز از وقوع زلزله شناسايى كرد، او سگ آرامى است؛ «كورونى» برادر جك، بزرگ ترين سگ مجموعه امداد است كه ۴ سال سن دارد، او نيز همانند برادر خود توانسته كودك شيرخواره اى را پس از گذشت ۵ روز از وقوع زلزله بيابد. از نظر فيزيكى بزرگ تر از برادر خود و پرتحرك تر است. اين سگ با شناسايى مكان ۱۳ زنده در زلزله بم يكى از ركوردهاى جهان است.
نخستين تيمى كه جمعيت هلال احمر توسط هلى كوپترهاى امداد همزمان با زلزله بم به منطقه اعزام كرد، تيم سگ هاى تجسس امداد و نجات بود كه هر سگ به همراه مربى خود در ساعت ۳۰/۲ همان روز به صورت مستقيم و غيرمستقيم شناسايى افراد زير آوار را آغاز كردند. ساعت ۵ و ۲۴ دقيقه روز پنجم دى ماه سال ۱۳۸۲ با بيش از ۲۵ هزار كشته و ۵۰ هزار مجروح، براى تمام ايرانيان خاطره غم انگيزى است، اين حادثه يكى از پرتلفات ترين و مخرب ترين زلزله در سطح جهان به شمار مى رود. عملكرد گروه هاى امداد و نجات جمعيت هلال احمر، وجود گروه هاى امداد خارجى و هلى كوپترهاى امداد و صدها و هزاران گروه هاى ديگر در اين فاجعه كاملاً آشكار بود اما آن چه كه در اين حادثه جلب توجه مى كند نجات بيش از ۴۰۰ زنده از زير آوارها توسط تيم سگ هاى تجسس امداد و نجات است كه حضورشان به صورت فعال و محسوس افتخارآميز است. بر طبق اين گزارش تشكيل گروه سگ هاى تجسس با اهداى چندين سگ به جمعيت هلال احمر ايران آغاز شده كه پس از آن در سال ۱۳۷۸ با همكارى صليب سرخ آلمان و فراخواندن مشاورين آلمانى و امضاى تفاهم نامه مشترك ميان دو كشور اقدامات به صورت جدى ترى دنبال شد.
از آن زمان به بعد تعداد سگ هاى تجسس روند روبه افزايشى به خود گرفت. در حال حاضر ۵۰ سگ تجسس جمعيت هلال احمر ايران در منطقه كمالشهر كرج نگهدارى و تربيت مى شوند. آموزش اين سگ ها توسط مربيان ايرانى و مشاورين خارجى انجام مى شود. نظر به طرح گسترش تيم سگ هاى تجسس توسط جمعيت هلال احمر استان تهران، مركز جديدى جنب فرودگاه پيام مهرشهر كرج در حال تاسيس است كه به زودى سگ هاى امداد به اين مكان منتقل مى شوند. كارشناسان معتقدند پس از زلزله بم تاسيس مراكزى از تيم سگ هاى تجسس در نقاط مختلف جغرافيايى كشورمان امرى ضرورى است. دكتر توفيقى مدير عمليات سازمان امداد و نجات جمعيت هلال احمر ايران مى گويد: در ۸ استان كشور كه به صورت منطقه اى استان هاى ديگر را تحت پوشش قرار مى دهند، مراكزى از تيم سگ هاى تجسس در حال گسترش هستند، اين مراكز در كنار مركز مادر كه در مهرشهر كرج مستقر مى شود از تسهيلات و پشتيبانى هاى لازم برخوردار مى شوند. استان هاى آذربايجان شرقى، مازندران، خراسان، كرمان، فارس، كرمانشاه، اصفهان و خوزستان محل تمركز اين مراكز هستند. دكتر توفيقى همچنين به اختصاص ۱۲ خودروى مخصوص حمل ونقل سگ هاى جست وجو اشاره مى كند و مى افزايد: در حال حاضر ۳ خودرو از ۱۲ خودرو آماده جابه جايى گروه هاى امداد را دارند.
در اين ميان تيم هاى تجسس خارجى هم به فاصله چند ساعت پس از بازگشايى فرودگاه كرمان در صحنه حضور يافتند. تيم سگ هاى تجسس كه هر تيم شامل يك سگ و يك مربى است در عملياتى بى سابقه توانستند ۶۷ تن را به صورت مستقيم و ۳۳۰ تن را به صورت غيرمستقيم و توسط گروه هاى امداد ديگر نجات دهند كه اين عملكرد از نظر كارشناسان با توجه به تجربه كم اين تيم ها در خور توجه است. در جريان كنفرانسى كه در اسفند ماه در اتريش جهت مقايسه عملكرد سگ هاى تجسس خارجى و داخلى توسط سازمان بين المللى سگ هاى تجسس برگزار شد، مشخص شد تنها يك تن توسط سگ هاى خارجى در زير آوارها شناسايى شده كه اين مسئله در مقايسه با تيم هاى بومى از اهميت خاصى برخوردار مى شود.
همچنين در كنفرانس سازمان ملل متحد كه با حضور رئيس سازمان ملل در اواسط مهر ماه در سنگاپور برگزار شد اعلام شد براساس تحقيقات انجام شده مشخص شده است كه تيم سگ هاى تجسس بومى بهترين عملكرد را مى توانند در منطقه خود داشته باشند.
على جيروند مسئول اداره سگ هاى تجسس كه سه سگ به همراه مربيانشان او را همراهى مى كردند با تاكيد بر نژاد اصيل اين سگ ها خاطرنشان مى كند: عمر سگ هاى تجسس بين ۲ تا ۴ سال است و آموزش و تربيت آنها از ۲ ماهگى آغاز و پس از يكسال و نيم نيز پايان مى يابد. وى با بيان اين كه جنسيت سگ هاى تجسس نر است تاكيد مى كند: سگ هاى ماده به دليل ساخت فيزيكى و ناتوانايى هاى بدنى در دوران باردارى مناسب تجسس و امداد نيستند و فقط جهت توله كشى در مجموعه از آنها نگهدارى مى شود. جيروند همچنين از جايگزين كردن نژاد ايرانى خبر مى دهد و مى گويد: در حال حاضر به مدت چهار ماه آزمايشاتى بر روى دو توله از نژاد اصيل بختيارى در حال انجام است و در صورت تربيت پذيرى آنها در عمليات و جست وجو به كار برده مى شوند. «جرمن شپرد» (German sheperd) نژادى باهوش و سريع است و در صدر استاندارد سگ هاى تجسس قرار دارد. مسئول سگ هاى تجسس در مورد هزينه بالاى نگهدارى و تربيت آنها تاكيد مى كند: هزينه بالايى صرف درمان، تزريق آمپول ها، انجام عمل جراحى مى شود. همچنين هر سگ روزانه ۱۰ هزار تومان را به خود اختصاص مى دهد اين درحالى است كه مربيان حقوق جداگانه اى دريافت مى كنند. يكى ديگر از مربيان سگ ها مى گويد: فقط هزينه خوراك هر سگ در روز ۳ هزار تومان است. دكتر توفيقى نيز خاطرنشان مى كند: به طور متوسط هزينه نگهدارى يك جفت سگ در سال در حدود ۸ ميليون تومان است. وى معتقد است با وجود هزينه بالاى نگهدارى و تربيت سگ ها، نجات هر شخص در حوادث اين مبلغ را به نوعى جبران مى كند زيرا عملى كه در مقابل توسط اين تيم ها انجام مى شود ارزش بالايى دارد. از سوى ديگر بسيارى از افراد تفاوتى ميان سگ هاى تجسس امداد و نجات و سگ هاى تجسس پليس نمى بينند، اين درحالى است كه سگ هاى پليس از نژاد فرانسوى هستند و روش تربيت آنها با سگ هاى امداد كاملاً متفاوت است. مسئول اداره سگ هاى تجسس، تربيت اين تيم ها را براساس شرطى شدن عنوان مى كند و تاكيد مى كند: سگ هاى تجسس، اجتماعى شده و آرام هستند اما سگ هاى پليس به علت تفاوت در تربيت نمى توانند در جامعه حضور آزادانه داشته باشند. توفيقى مدير عمليات سازمان امداد و نجات از حضور اين تيم ها در مناطق مختلف مى گويد: در سيل هاى نكا، گلستان، زلزله هاى بيستون كرمانشاه، زرين دشت، قزوين و از همه مهمتر زلزله بم حضور فعال اين تيم ها كاملاً چشمگير است. وى بر اين مطلب تاكيد مى كند كه سگ هاى امداد صرفاً زنده ياب هستند و در زلزله بم ۸۲۵ جنازه اى را كه ساعاتى از مرگشان مى گذشت و هنوز بوى بدنشان تغيير نكرده بود را شناسايى كردند.
«كورونى»، «جك» و «پيتر» با توانمندى هاى خود ركورد سگ هاى زنده ياب دنيا را به خود اختصاص داده اند و على جيروند زيباترين خاطرات خود را پس از ۳۰ سال تجربه امدادگرى، مربيگرى و مسئوليت اداره سگ هاى تجسس، نجات همان پيرزن ۹۰ ساله و كودك شيرخواره پس از چندين روز از وقوع زلزله توسط اين سگ ها مى داند.
