فن*آوري نانو به كمك ديابتي*ها آمد

دانشمندان ايتاليايي موفق به توليد نانوروبشگر اپتيكي براي شناسايي سريع شكر در غذا با قابليت كنترل قند در غذاي افراد ديابتي شدند.
به گزارش سرويس فن*آوري خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران(ايسنا)، دانشمندان ايتاليايي با استفاده از قدرت آنتي*اكسيداني غذا براي توليد نانوذرات طلا از محلولي با طلاي سه ظرفيت جهت توسعه يك حسگر قند تغيير رنگ دهنده مبتني بر غشاهاي نانواليافي نايلون بهره برده*اند.
اين غشاءها با استفاده از الكتروريسندگي توليد شده و با يون*هاي طلاي سه ظرفيتي اشباع شده*اند.
اين حقيقت كه انرژي موجود در غذا مي*تواند موجب احيا شدن يون*هاي طلا به نانوذرات طلا شود، قبلا به اثبات رسيده است.
اخيرا از اين يافته*ها براي احياي شكر نيز استفاده شده است.
دانشمندان دانشگاه ميلان مشاهده كرده*اند كه در محيط قليايي (هيدروكسيد سديم 1/0 مولار)، آلدوز و كتوز مي*توانند به عنوان تركيب احيا كننده عمل كنند.
اين محققان سطح غشاهاي نانواليافي الكتروريسيده را با يون*هاي طلاي سه ظرفيتي اشباع كردند.
الكتروريسندگي امكان توليد سريع و كم هزينه غشاهاي محكم و ارزان را فراهم مي*كند. الياف در هم پيچيده حاصل داراي مساحت بالايي بوده و قابليت تثبيت مقادير بالايي از محلول طلاي سه ظرفيتي را دارند.
رشد نانوذرات باعث مي*شود غشاي شفاف در عرض يك دقيقه به رنگ بنفش درآيد. نقطه حاصل نشان*دهنده حضور قند احيا كننده است.
اين گروه تحقيقاتي بر اين باورند كه چنين نانوروبشگر اپتيكي مي*تواند نقش مهمي در كنترل قند (به*عنوان مثال در نوشيدني*ها و غذاهاي ديابتي) ايفا كند.
نتايج اين كار تحقيقاتي در مجله Nanotechnology منتشر شده است.
