پروژه هاي پدافند غير عامل در دست اجراي سازمان دامپزشكي كشور

درسال 1387 موضوع پدافند غير عامل يا دفاع بدون سلاح در برابر تهديدات احتمالي توسط وزارتخانه ها وسازمان هاي دولتي جدي تر شد و در اين ارتباط پروژه هاي:
1- ارتقاء و تجهيز سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيائي موجود در امور مراقبت و مبارزه ( پيشگيري، كنترل، ريشه كني ) بيماري هاي دامي و بيماري هاي مشترك بين انسان و دام ( بيماري هاي هشدار دادني ) به سيستم هشدار ( Alarm ) با اهداف:
- ارتقاء سيستم هاي پايش ومراقبت
- اعلام سريع ( Early warning )
بيماري ها و تهديدات زيستي در دست اجرا مي باشد.
2- يكپارچه سازي سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيائي ( GIS ) سازمان با تكيه بر استفاده از بستر وامكانات موجود از طريق بازنگري و ارتقاء سيستم موجود و توسعه آن براي دفاتر بررسي، مبارزه ومراقبت بيماري هاي طيور، زنبور عسل وكرم ابريشم و آبزيان و دفاتر قرنطينه و نظارت بر بهداشت عمومي، با اهداف زير:
- پايش و مراقبت بيماري ها بر اساس شاخص هاي اپيدميولوژيك با اتكا برداده هاي مكاني مربوطه
- ايجاد ارتباط حوزه بيماري هاي دام، طيور و آبزيان با سيستم قرنطينه
- ثبت و نمايش جابجائي و نقل و انتقال دام، طيور و آبزيان و فراورده هاي دامي بر روي نقشه طراحي، اجرا و پياده سازي خواهد شد.
3- پروژه طراحي و پياده سازي شبكه هاي امن داده ها MPLS ) )
MPLS يكي از انواع تكنولوژي هاي شبكه هاي WAN مي باشد. اين شبكه پاسخگوي:
- اطلاع رساني سريع در سازمان
- افزايش كارآيي سيستم اطلاعات جغراقيائي
- افزايش سرعت تبادل اطلاعات وارسال هر نوع فايل بين سازمان و استان ها
- بستر پياده سازي اتوماسيون اداري سازمان در سطح كشور
- برقراري ارتباط مستقيم
- افزايش امنيت فضاي تبادل داده ها و اطلاعات
- برقراري ارتباط بين ادارات كل دامپزشكي استان ها
ازمحل اعتبارات پدافند غيرعامل وزارت جهاد كشاورزي و سازمان دامپزشكي كشور مطرح و به تصويب رسيد كه در حال حاضردر دست اجرا مي باشند.
در اجراي اين پروژه ها و براي آشنائي و آموزش كاركنان دامپزشكي در سطوح ملي و استاني 2 دوره آموزشي:
1- كاربرد GIS و GPS بمدت 36 ساعت براي تعداد 150 نفر
2-MPLS بمدت 8 ساعت براي تعداد 75 نفر
در سالن همايش جم وزارت جهاد كشاورزي و سالن جلسات سازمان دامپزشكي كشور برگزار گرديد.
