حذف یارانه شیر تقاضا را کاهش می دهد

حسینعلی شهریاری،گفت:حذف یارانه شیر در طرح هدفمندکردن یارانه ها شتاب زده انجام شد که ممکن است منجر به به قطع مصرف شیر بسیاری از خانواده ها شود.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس شورای اسلامی در گفتگو با خبرنگار باشگاه خبرنگاران افزود:اگر سیستم بازپرداخت در طرح هدفمندکردن یارانه ها دقیق و منظم نباشد، شیر از سبد غذایی بسیاری از خانوارهای ایرانی حذف می شود.
وی با اشاره به تولید پایین شیر در کشور تصریح کرد:هزینه های بالای تولید شیر در ایران، باعث شده که دامداران، کارخانجات و دست اندرکاران تولید فرآورده های شیری، از فعالیت در این زمینه ناراضی باشند که البته این امر منجر به افزایش ظرفیت های خالی کارخانجات شده است.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت مجلس گفت:حذف یارانه هایی که در سالهای گذشته به دامداران داده می شد باعث بی انگیزگی آنان برای حضور و سرمایه گذاری در صنعت شیر شده است.
شهریاری تاکید کرد:حذف یارانه شیر در طرح هدفمندکردن یارانه ها نیز از عواملی است که منجر به کاهش تقاضا و در نتیجه کاهش تولید این ماده غذایی بسیار مهم می شود.
وی ادامه داد:برای کاهش مشکلات صنعت شیر کشور و متقاعد کردن مردم به استفاده مداوم از شیر، دولت باید نگاهی حمایت گرایانه به تولیدکنندگان و مصرف کنندگان داشته باشد، تا علاوه بر به راه افتادن چرخهای این صنعت وضعیت عرضه و تقاضا به تعادل برسد.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان با تاکید بر لزوم یارانه ای بودن عرضه شیر در جامعه گفت:اگر شیری که برای مصرف کننده تولید می شود به قیمت واقعی آن وارد بازار شود، بسیاری از مردم که هنوز به مزایای استفاده از این ماده غذایی واقف نیستند آن را از سبد مصرفی خود حذف کرده و به تامین کالاهای اساسی و مورد نیاز خود می پردازند.
شهریاری یادآور شد:از آنجا که سرانه مصرف شیر در ایران بسیار پایین تر از استاندارد جهانی است باید علاوه بر مقرون به صرفه کردن مصرف آن فرهنگ مصرف شیر را در جامعه همه گیر کنیم و پس از آن به واقعی کردن قیمت آن بپردازیم
