85% موارد حیوان‎گزیدگی سال 88 مرتبط با سگ

رییس اداره بیماری*های مشترک میان انسان و حیوان بر لزوم مراجعه به موقع افراد حیوان گزیده به مراکز درمانی تاکید کرد و گفت: سال گذشته 4 فرد حیوان گزیده به دلیل عدم مراجعه به مراکز درمانی، جان خود را از دست دادند.

دکتر محمدرضا شیرزادی گفت: سال گذشته یکصد و 17 هزار مورد حیوان گزیدگی در کشور ثبت شد که حدود 85 درصد از این موارد به وسیله سگ ایجاد *شده است.

وی با اشاره به هزینه سالیانه حدود 9 میلیارد تومان برای خرید واکسن و سرم ضد هاری ادامه داد: به این ترتیب تمام موارد حیوان گزیدگی چه به وسیله سگ وچه به وسیله سایر حیوانات، تحت درمان پیشگیری هاری قرار می*گیرند.

شیرزادی با تاکید بر مراجعه به موقع افراد حیوان گزیدگی به منظور انجام اقدامات درمانی لازم، افزود: در صورت عدم انجام اقدامات درمانی به موقع، فرد مورد گزش صد درصد جان خود را از دست می*دهد؛ به طوری که سال 87 هفت مورد هاری به دلیل عدم مراجعه به مراکز درمانی جان خود را از دست دادند.

وی گفت: در مورد بیماری هاری آموزش*های لازم به جامعه ارایه می*شود تا اگر فردی مورد گزش حیوانی مانند سگ یا هرحیوان دیگر قرار گرفت برای انجام اقدامات درمان پیشگیری (واکسن و سرم) سریع به مراکز بهداشتی مراجعه کند.

رییس اداره بیماری*های مشترک بین انسان و حیوان در پایان گفت: ویروس هاری در وحوش در حال گردش است و توسط وحوش به حیوانات اهلی منتقل و به دنبال گزش انسان توسط حیوانات اهلی به انسان منتقل می*شود؛ بنابراین اقدامات درمانی باید برای هر نوع حیوان گزیدگی بلافاصله آغاز شود.
