امیدهای جدید به زندگی طولانی : موش*ها با ریه مصنوعی نفس کشیدند!

محققان آمریکایی ریه مصنوعی را در بدن موش*ها قرار دارند و این موش*ها توانستند برای چند ساعت نفس بکشند و این آزمایش نشان می*دهد که می*توان با توسعه ارگان*های مصنوعی ، به درمان بیماران کمک کرد.

نتایج این تحقیقات در مجله علمی پزشکی نیچر چاپ شده است و این دومین تحقیق در ماه گذشته در مورد ریه*های مصنوعی بوده است.

در تحقیقات اخیر ، هارالد و همکارانش در دانشگاه هاروارد برای ساخت این ریه مصنوعی از پایه سلول*های خود موش استفاده کردند.

این محققان در رآکتور زیستی نمونه*های سلول انسان را آزمایش کردند و این ریه مصنوعی را شبیه* سازی کرده*اند تا توانسته*اند آن را انعطاف*پذیر و کارا کنند.

هارالد مجری این طرح تحقیقاتی گفت: وقتی ما این ریه مصنوعی را داخل بدن موش قرار دادیم، این ریه توانست 6 ساعت کار کند.

محققان بر این باروند که شاید با استفاده از سلول*های بنیادی نابالغ مثل سلول بنیادی جنینی بتوان ریه مصنوعی با قابلیت بهتر ساخت.
