انتقال ویروس آنفلوآنزای پرندگان ، این بار از طریق غدد ترشحی پرها

به گزارش خبرنامه بین المللی دامپزشکان ایران زمین ، این تیم به مدیریت Mauro Delogu ( ویروس شناس و دامپزشک ) با توجه به نتایج مطالعه خود ، دریافتند ترشحات غددی که پرهای پرندگان آبزی را ، از خیس شدن مصون می دارند ، مکانیزمی طبیعی را ایجاد می نماید که سبب تغلیظ بیش از اندازه AIVs بر روی بدن پرنده میشود .http://www.vetnews.ir/fa/images/stories/ordak.jpg
به نظر می رسد که ویروس عامل بیماری آنفلوآنزای پرندگان ، مراحلی را نیز بر روی پرهای این دسته از پرندگان طی می کند . دلیل آن نیز واکنش ویروس با مواد چرب موجود بر روی این پرهاست که توسط غدد یاد شده ، ترشح می شوند . از آنجائیکه بسیاری از انواع گونه های پرندگان آبزی از این دسته ترشحات به منظور پیراستن خود و سایر پرندگان استفاده می کنند ، به سهولت میتوان ، نحوه شیوع ویروس عامل این بیماری در طبیعت را دریافت .
از سوی دیگر ، نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که روشهای فعلی نظارتی و تشخیصی ویروس فوق که تنها نمونه های نایی و کلوآک را بررسی می کنند ناکارمد بوده و بسیاری از پرندگان درگیری را شناسایی نخواهد نمود .
