تخم مرغ را کاملاً پخته مصرف کنید

رییس اداره مبارزه با بیماری*های طیور اداره کل دامپزشکی استان کرمان گفت: تخم مرغ برای سلامتی پوست و چشم ضروری است و باید به صورت کاملا پخته مصرف شود.
"الهام پور محسنی" رییس اداره مبارزه با بیماری*های طیور اداره کل دامپزشکی استان کرمان گفت: تخم مرغ از جمله مواد غذایی مفید است که مصرف به اندازه آن به ویژه در ماه مبارک رمضان و برای روزه داران تأمین کننده انرژی لازم و بسیاری از نیازهای بدن است که دارای مقادیر فراوانی پروتئین امگا3 نیز است.
محسنی ادامه داد: در زرده تخم مرغ علاوه بر مواد و املاح مورد نیاز بدن، ویتامین A نیز موجود است که برای سلامتی پوست و چشم بسیار ضروری و مفید است و مصرف مناسب این ماده غذایی می*تواند تضمینی برای سلامت چشم و قدرت بینایی در افراد است.
وی با اشاره به بیماری*هایی که از طریق مصرف تخم مرغ خام یا فاسد ایجاد می*شود تاکید کرد: تخم مرغ بایستی حتماً به صورت پخته مصرف شود چراکه در برخی مواقع عامل میکروبی به نام سالمونلا که هیچ نشانه خاصی در ظاهر تخم مرغ ندارد از طریق پوسته آهکی آن به درون تخم مرغ نفوذ کرده و باعث آلودگی آن می شود.
رییس اداره مبارزه با بیماری*های طیور اداره کل دامپزشکی استان کرمان تصریح کرد: این میکروب فقط به وسیله آزمایشات میکروبیولوژی قابل تشخیص است و مصرف فرآورده*های آلوده به این میکروب باعث ایجاد بیماری*های گوارشی خطرناک در انسان می*شود.
دکتر پور محسنی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: تخم مرغ سالم شکل و ظاهر و هم*چنین رنگ و بوی کاملاً طبیعی دارد در غیر این صورت بایستی از مصرف آن خودداری کرد.
