موفقیت محققان ایرانی در ترمیم ضایعات غضروفی با پیوند سلول*های بنیادی در فاز حیوانی

پژوهشگران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان موفق به ترمیم ضایعات غضروفی با پیوند سلول*های بنیادی و آزمایش موفقیت آمیز آن بر روی سگ شدند.

سید بهروز موسوی، رییس مرکز تحقیقات علوم دندانپزشکی پروفسور ترابی نژاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با اعلام این مطلب گفت: در این پژوهش با همکاری محققان گروه آناتومی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه سلول*های بنیادی را از بافت چربی سگ جدا و به سلول*های غضروف ساز تبدیل کردیم.

وی تصریح کرد: در ادامه سلول*های غضروف ساز داخل داربست*هایی قرار گرفته و به سگ*هایی که دچار مشکل زانو بودند و غضروف زانویشان از بین رفته بود، پیوند زده شد.

موسوی با بیان آن*که این تحقیقات بر روی پنج سگ انجام شده است، اظهار کرد: بررسی*های میکروسکوپی برای تایید این که سلول*های بنیادی پیوند زده شده، مسوول ساختن غضروف*ها بودند در حال انجام است.

وی با اشاره به این*که بافت چربی یکی از منابعی است که می*توان از آن سلول*های بنیادی ساخت، خاطرنشان کرد: در این تحقیق سلول*های بنیادی پیوندی به هر سگ از بافت چربی حیوان تهیه شد که نتیجه کلینیکی آن نیز خوب گزارش شده است.

رییس مرکز تحقیقات علوم دندانپزشکی* دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با اشاره به آن*که تحقیقاتی که در دنیا انجام می*شود برای این*که از نظر اخلاق پزشکی مشکلی نداشته باشد، ابتدا به صورت آزمایشگاهی انجام می*شود، اظهار داشت: در این پژوهش نیز ابتدا غضروف در لابراتور از سلول*های بنیادی به دست آمد، سپس در حیوانات کوچک ( از جمله موش و خرگوش) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و اکنون نیز در بعد بزرگ*تر در «سگ» انجام شده، که بهتر است بعد از این مرحله بر روی میمون انجام شود تا پس از تمام این مراحل به مرحله*ای برسیم که در مورد انسان نیز آن را مورد استفاده قرار دهیم.
