آشنایی با برخی خواص جالب عسل

معاون شبکه دامپزشکی بجنورد گفت: عسل قابلیت بالایی در بهبود زخم*ها و مقابله با میکروبهای مقاوم به آنتی*بیوتیک از جمله ابر میکروبی به نام E.coli را دارد.

دکتر سید سامان بربندبا اشاره به این*که می*توان از این ماده شیرین به عنوان دارویی برای درمان زخم*ها استفاده کرد، افزود: عسل در درمان عفونت*های بر جای مانده از عمل سزارین و سوختگی*ها موثر است.

وی با بیان این*که ممکن است روزی عسل به عنوان نوعی درمان جایگزین به یک شیوه درمانی اساسی در پزشکی تبدیل شود، توضیح داد: زنبورهای کارگر طی بهار و تابستان شهد گلها را جمع*آوری می*کنند، هنگامی که به کندو باز می*گردند آن را از معده به دهان می*آورند و در دهان دستیاران خود می*گذارند سپس آنها شهد را در حفره*های شانه خالی می*کنند و با بالهایشان آنقدر باد می*زنند که بیشتر آب موجود در شهد تبخیر شود.

بربند ادامه داد: در همان زمان، بزاق سرشار از آنزیم زنبورها، ساکاروز را به فروکتوز تبدیل می*کند که به آب باقی مانده در شهد پیوند می*خورد که باکتری*ها نمی*توانند در ان زنده بمانند.

وی اظهار داشت: البته حین رسیدن عسل فرصت زیادی برای تهاجم عوامل بیماری*زا وجود دارد اما آنزیمی به نام گلوکز اکسیداز این فرصت را از آنها می*گیرد؛ این آنزیم با تبدیل کردن گلوکز به اسید گلوکونیک، فرآورده تلاش زنبورها را اسیدی و آن را برای بیشتر باکتری*ها نامطلوب می*سازد؛ اغلب افراد عقیده دارند که اسیدی بودن تنها سلاح عسل در برابر باکتری*ها است.

بربند اشاره کرد: عسل در درمان زخم معده موثر است و به دلیل دارا بودن ترکیبات قندی به خصوص گلوکز فراوان تاثیر مهمی بر روی عضلات قلب و تحریک و تقویت آن داشته و موجب گشاد شدن رگ*ها و تنظیم فشار خون می*شود.

به گفته وی عسل به دلیل دارا بودن اسیدفرمیک دردهای روده را به خوبی تسکین می*دهد.

معاون شبکه دامپزشکی بجنورد تصریح کرد: این ماده شیرین خاصیت ملینی دارد و بنابراین افراد مبتلا به یبوست با استفاده از یک رژیم غذایی مناسب وضعیت بهتری خواهند داشت.

بربند افزود: عسل به واسطه داشتن مواد ضد باکتریایی در جایگزینی قند برای دندان*ها نه*تنها مضر نیست بلکه سبب فعال شدن ماده فلورین چای شده که یک ماده ضد فساد دندان است این در حالیست که مصرف چای با قند برای دندان مضر است.

وی ادامه داد: ترکیب یک قاشق عسل با یک قاشق سرکه انگور برای ماساژ لثه*ها جهت محکم کردن بافت لثه بسیار مفید است.

بربند اظهار داشت: در عسل ویتامین B که ضد کم خونی است وجود دارد که موجب افزایش هموگلوبین در خون می*شود.

عسل علاوه بر کالری*زایی، دارای ویتامین*های متعددی از قبیل تیامین، ریبو فلاوین، اسید نیکوتینیک، اسید اسکوربیک، پیریدوکسین و ویتامینK است.
