بالارفتن بهاي جو قيمت ماهي كپور را افزايش داد

مديرعامل اتحاديه شركت*هاي تعاوني آبزي*پروران خوزستان گفت: افزايش قيمت غلاتي مانند جو و گندم به عنوان غذاي اصلي ماهي كپور منجر به افزايش هزينه پرورش اين گونه ماهي شده است.

سيد مصطفي موسوي در گفت*وگو با خبرنگار اقتصادي خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران(ايسنا) منطقه خوزستان با اشاره به پرورش ماهي كپور از گونه*هاي ماهي گرمابي در حال حاضر استان، عنوان كرد: تنها راه جلوگيري از افزايش هزينه پرورش اين ماهي و متضرر شدن پرورش دهندگان جايگزين غذا دهي با استفاده از تكنولوژي جديد به جاي غذا دهي سنتي است.

وي افزود: اين اقدام نه تنها كاهش هزينه بلكه افزايش كيفيت را به دنبال دارد؛ در تركيبات غذاي جديد ماهي كه به صورت پلت تهيه مي*شود فقط 20 درصد جو در آن مورد استفاده قرار مي*گيرد و مابقي آن را ساير غلات تشكيل مي*دهد كه موجب افزايش كيفيت ماهي و كاهش هزينه آن مي*شود همچنين در نهايت رضايت مصرف كننده و توليد كننده را به دنبال دارد.

موسوي گفت: در حال حاضر اتحاديه با تهيه يك فرمول جديد براي توليد غذاي ماهي و با همكاري چند كارخانه اقدام به توليد غذاي ماهي كرده است كه با استفاده از دستگاه*هاي پيشرفته تهيه مي*شود و در هفته جاري در دسترس پرورش دهندگان ماهي قرار مي*گيرد.

وي با اشاره به اينكه در دو ماه گذشته قيمت هر كيلوگرم جو 200 تومان و در حال حاضر بيش از 360 تومان است، گفت: تهيه غذاي جديد با هدف جلوگيري از اثر منفي افزايش قيمت بر ميزان توليد صورت مي*گيرد.
