براي کسب اطلاعات به داوري LINCOMYCIN مراجعه شود.
موارد مصرف:
از اين دارو براي درمان موضعي درماتيت انگشتي در گاو استفاده ميشود. در دام مبتلا به درماتيت انگشتي حيوان مدام پابه پا ميشود. در اين عارضه ابتدا زخمي در شيار بين پاشته ايجاد شده که ميتواند پيشرفت کرده و منجر به مشکلات بعدي شود. وقتي بعد از مدتي عفونت پيشرفت کرد گاو مبتلا دچار لنگش شده و اشتها و توليد شير آن کاهش مييابد. براي کسب آگاهي بيشتر در مورد مصرف اين دارو در طيور به داروي Lincomycin مراجعه شود.
مقدار و روش مصرف:
يک بسته 150 گرمي لينکوسين 40% را در 100 ليتر آب (600 ميليگرم لينکومايسين در ليتر آب) حل نموده و به صورت اسپري موضعي مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. قبل از مصرف از تميز بودن موضع عمل اطمينان حاصل شود. زخم به طور کامل با محلول آبي حاوي 600 ميليگرم لينکومايسين در ليتر شسته شود. درمان با استفاده از اسپري بايد 2ـ1 روز ادامه يابد. هر روز بايد محلول تازه تهيه شود. طول مدت درمان 8 روز ميباشد.
طيور: يک بسته 150 گرمي پودر لينکومايسين را در 2000 ليتر آب آشاميدني طيور حل کنيد يا اينکه يک قاشق (حدود g5/8) پودر را در 120 ليتر آب حل نماييد (براين اساس محلول حاوي حدود mg30 لينکومايسين در هر ليتر آب آشاميدني يا حدود mg/kg5). درمان ممکن است به مدت 7 روز ادامه يابد.
