Benzyl penicillin BP: 100,000IU

Oxy tetracycline Hydrochloride BP: 50mg

Prednisolone BP: 10mg
موارد مصرف:
اين دارو حاوي چهار آنتي بيوتيک به همراه داروي ضد التهاب مي باشد که براي معالجه انواع عفونتهاي پستاني حاد و مزمن در گاوهاي شيري بکار مي رود. اين دارو برروي اکثر ميکروارگانيسم هاي مولد ورم هاي پستاني موثر مي باشد.
مقدار و روش مصرف:
به محض مشاهده علائم ورم پستان از طريق مجراي شير پستانک آلوده محتويات انژکتور مولتي مست را در پستان گاو وارد نمائيد. براي معالجه کامل هر پستانک آلوده معولاً سه پماد مولتي مست (در فواصل هر 12 ساعت يک عدد) بايد مصرف شود. فواصل مصرف هر پماد نبايد بيش از 12 ساعت باشد و قبل از مصرف پماد مولتي مست نسبت به تخليه کامل پستان از شير اقدام نماييد.
موارد منع مصرف:
ـ در دوره خشکي استفاده نشود.
ـ در دامهايي که به پني سيلين حساسيت دارند نبايد استفاده شود.
