تأسیس سازمان نظارت بر غذا در استانها

سازمان نظارت بر غذا زیر نظر دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی در استانها تشکیل خواهد شد که زمینه ایجاد سازمان غذا و دارو به صورت متمرکز در کشور است.
عضو هیات رییسه مجلس شورای اسلامی با اعلام این مطلب گفت: از دوره گذشته مجلس تشکیل سازمان غذا و دارو مورد اولویت قرار گرفت که بتواند نظارت بر صنعت غذا و بهداشت را متمرکز کند.
جاسم ساعدی افزود: در زمان حاضر نظارت بر صنعت غذا و بهداشت در چند وزارتخانه به صورت پراکنده انجام می شود که با تشکیل سازمان غذا و دارو در یک واحد متمرکز شده و امکان برنامه ریزی و جمع آوری اطلاعات به وجود می آید.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: در زمان حاضر اطلاعات درست و شفافی از وضعیت صنعت غذا وجود ندارد و هر وزارتخانه به تناسب تداخل وظایف با تولید غذا و صنعت اطلاعات پراکنده ای ارایه می دهد که باعث بروز ناهماهنگی در سیاستهای کلان شده است.
ساعدی ادامه داد: در حالی که موسسه استاندارد وزارت صنایع تصمیمات جدیدی درباره وضعیت صنعت غذا می گیرد، معاونت غذا و دارو وزارت بهداشت، وزارت بازرگانی و جهاد کشاورزی نیز در تصمیم گیری درباره وضعیت غذا و دارو خود را محق دانسته و تصمیمات موازی و گاه متناقضی درباره این صنعت گرفته می شود که با تشکیل سازمان غذا و دارو به مسایل یادشده خاتمه داده می شود.

وی تصریح کرد: در استانها سازمان نظارت بر غذا زیر نظر دانشکده های علوم پزشکی و شوراهای عالی تشکیل شده که می تواند زمینه های تاسیس سازمان غذا و دارو را ایجاد کند و به تولید و عرضه محصولات غذایی نظم و نسق جدیدی دهد.
نماینده شوش و دانیال در مجلس شورای اسلامی یادآور شد: هرچند در کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان تشکیل سازمان غذا و دارو مراحل پایانی خود را می گذراند، اما هرچه سریعتر باید وارد صحن علنی مجلس شده و همزمان با اجرای لایحه هدفمند کردن یارانه ها یا اندکی پس از آن شکل اجرایی به خود بگیرد.
ساعدی تاکید کرد: برای تشکیل سازمان غذا و دارو باید از تشکلها و فعالان صنعت در کمیسیونهای اصلی و فرعی دعوت شده و با توجه به وضعیت موجود و با نگاه تخصصی به مسایل آینده تصمیم گیری شود.
