تولید شیر در مزارع پرورش دامها ، آلایندگی کمی برای کره زمین دارند

به نظر میرسد که بایستی صحبت های برخی دانشمندان را مبنی بر تاثیرات پرورش دامها در تغییرات زیست محیطی را فراموش کنیم . بر اساس نتایج آخرین تحقیقات به عمل آمده ، صنایع لبنی ایالات متحده آمریکا تنها مسئول 2 درصد از گازهای گلخانه ایی تولید شده در این کشور میباشند .این مطالعه که با همکاری دانشگاههای آرکنزاس و میشیگان صورت پذیرفته است ، به بررسی بیش از 500 مزرعه تولید شیر ، 50 شرکت تولید محصولات جانبی و 210.000 حمل کننده شیر به مراکز مختلف ، پرداخته است . پروفسور دیوید شونارد ، از محققین این طرح گفت : ما بر روی میزان تولید گازهای گلخانه ایی توسط صنایع مختلف ، تحقیقات بسیاری را انجام داده ایم . بر اساس اطلاعات منتشر شده توسط وزارت کشاورزی ایالات متحده ، صنایع تولید خوراک دام یکی از اصلی ترین عوامل تولید گازهای گلخانه ایی میباشند .http://vetnews.ir/fa/images/stories/aagav.jpgتیم تحقیقاتی فوق بر اساس تحقیقات به عمل آمده ، به این نتیجه رسیدند که مجموع گازهای گلخانه ای تولیدی در ارتباط با تمامی شیر مایع مصرفی در ایالات متحده تنها حدود 35 میلیون تن در سال 2007 بوده است . این در حالیست که تولید گازهای گلخانه ای فوق در مواردی نیز کمتر از میزان یاد شده بوده است . با این حال ، به نظر میرسد که تولیدکنندگان در این کشور توانایی آن را دارند تا میزان فوق را نیز کاهش دهند . مدیریت کود تولیدی و متان نیز از جمله مواردی است که میتوان با استفاده از آن ، تولید گازهای گلخانه ایی را کاهش داد .
