مکانيسم اثر:

مادورامايسين به علت توانايي ترکيب با کاتيون*هاي تک ظرفيتي سديم و پتاسيم تشکيل کملپلکس مادورامايسين ـ کاتيون، غشاء سلولي انگل را نسبت به يونهاي سديم پتاسيم نفوذپذير مي*سازد. در نتيجه اين امر تعادل يوني در دو سوي غشاء به هم خورده و باعث اختلال در متابوليسم انگل مي*شد. اين دارو در ابتداي چرخه زندگي و در مرحله غيرجنسي (اسپوروزوآيت و تروفوزوآيت) گونه*هاي ايمريا عمل کرده و باعث نابودي آنها مي*شود. همچنين اين دارو از تکامل شيزونت*ها قبل از اينکه بتوانند به پرنده آسيب شديدي برسانند جلوگيري مي*کند.

موارد مصرف:

مادورامايسين داراي قدرت درماني حدود 24ـ12 برابر بيشتر از ساير يونوفورهاي ضد کوکسيديوز مي*باشد و تاکنون هيچ گونه مقاومت دارويي متقابلي براي اين دارو کشف نشده است. مادورامايسين براي پيشگيري کوکسيديوز در جوجه*هاي گوشتي و عليه ايمرياهاي مختلف مثل نکاتريکس، آسروولينا، ميواتي، ماکسيما، تنلا و برونتي استفاده مي*شود. به دليل قدرت درماني زياد اين دارو، مقدار مصرف آن در طيور گوشتي به مراتب کمتر از ساير داروهاي ضد کوکسيدوز از گروه يونوفورهاست.

مقدار و روش مصرف:

پريميکس مادورامايسين بايستي به ميزان 500 گرم در تن (5 ميلي*گرم مادورامايسين آمونيوم به ازاء هر کيلوگرم غذا) بطور کامل و با دقت با خوراک مخلوط شود. براي بدست آوردن مخلوط يکنواخت بايد ابتدا پريميکس مادورامايسين را به نسبت 1 به 10 با مکمل*هاي غذايي يا خوراک مخلوط کرده و سپس مخلوط آماده را با دقت به خوراک اصلي اضافه و مخلوط نمود.

موارد منع مصرف:

اين دارو تنها در جوجه*هاي گوشتي مصرف دارد و نبايد در مرغ*هاي تخم*گذار و مرغ*هاي مادر و ساير گونه*هاي پرندگان مورد استفاده قرار گيرند.

زمان پرهيز از مصرف:

5 روز قبل از کشتار بايستي دارو از جيره غذايي حذف شود.
