بروز بيماري*ها اصلي*ترين مانع توسعه*ي آبزي*پروري است

رييس سازمان دامپزشكي كشور با پيش*بيني اينكه در ساليان آتي بحران غذا در بسياري از كشورها بروز كند، افزود: كمبود غذا و گرسنگي كه از ديرباز در بسياري از جوامع به عنوان يك مساله روز براي بسياري از اقشار مردم مطرح بوده و امروزه نيز به رغم پيشرفت*هاي فوق*العاده در زمينه*هاي صنعتي و كشاورزي علاوه بر گسترش كمبود اقلام غذايي در كشورهاي جهان اول و دامن*گير شدن بسياري از كشورهاي درحال توسعه، بحراني تحت عنوان بحران غذا نيز در سال*هاي آتي بروز خواهد كرد. دكتر محسن دستور امروز در دومين كنگره بين*المللي مديريت بهداشتي و بيماري*هاي آبزيان اظهار كرد: جمعيت فعلي جهان به هفت ميليارد نفر رسيده كه اين جمعيت در سال *٢٠٠٥ به *٩ ميليارد نفر خواهد رسيد و اين در حاليست كه تقريبا *٢٥ درصد جمعيت جهان كه اكثريت آنها در كشورهاي در حال توسعه زندگي مي*كنند به سوء تغذيه مزمن مبتلا هستند. بدون شك يكي از مهمترين دغدغه*هاي پيش روي برنامه*ريزي و مديران هر كشور تامين غذاي سالم براي مردم خويش است.وي افزايش بي*رويه جمعيت، محدوديت منابع آبي، كمبود خاك و محدوديت*هاي اقليمي را به*عنوان عوامل اصلي ايجاد كننده اين بحران مطرح كرد و گفت: تلاش در جهت افزايش بهره*وري از منابع موجود، يافتن منابع جايگزين، دستكاري*هاي ژنتيكي جهت توليد محصولات تراريخته، تغيير الگوي مصرف مواد غذايي، كاهش خسارات مواد غذايي و غيره به*عنوان راهكارهايي جهت غلبه بر اين مشكلات عنوان مي*شوند.
رييس سازمان دامپزشكي كشور با اشاره به اهميت آبزيان در تامين غذاي كشورهاي جهان اذعان كرد: بدون شك يكي از مهمترين و با ارزش*ترين اجزاء جيره غذايي، پروتئين است و ميزان مصرف پروتئين به*عنوان يكي از شاخص*هاي توسعه يافتگي عنوان مي*گردد چراكه پروتئين سالم و كافي لازمه*ي يك جامعه*ي بانشاط و پويا است كه در اين مسير پروتئين آبزيان به دلايل داشتن خصوصيات منحصر به فرد داراي اهميت ويژه*اي است.
دستور خاطرنشان كرد: در حال حاضر حدود *١٥ درصد از سهم پروتئين حيواني كل جهان از طريق ماهي و ساير آبزيان تامين مي*شود كه حدود *٧٠ درصد از اين ميزان مستقيما به*عنوان غذاي انسان*ها استفاده شده و بقيه صرف توليد خوراك دام و طيور مي*شود.
وي يادآور شد: براساس گزارش فائو مصرف سرانه و سهم آبزيان در تامين پروتئين حيواني در كشورهاي توسعه يافته به ترتيب *١/٢٦ كيلوگرم و *٣/١٣ درصد است. در حالي كه مصرف سرانه جهاني و سهم آبزيان در تامين پروتئين حيواني جهان به ترتيب *٣/١٣ كيلوگرم و *١/١٦ درصد است. در حاليكه سرانه مصرف آبزيان ايران در سال *٨٧ به *٣٢/٧ رسيده كه هنوز نسبت به ميانگين جهاني بسيار كمتر است.
رييس سازمان دامپزشكي كشور با اشاره به اينكه از ديرباز اتكا به صيد و صيادي و بهره*برداري از آب*هاي ساحلي تنها راه تامين پروتئين آبزيان بود اضافه كرد: وليكن پرورش آبزيان در آب*هاي داخلي در طي چند دهه اخير به طور جدي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است به طوري كه ميزان توليدات آبزيان پرورشي از رقم *٥٧٧/٦٣٨ تن در سال *١٩٥٠ ميلادي به رغم *٩٤٣/٣٤٨/٦٨ تن در سال *٢٠٠٨ ميلادي رسيده است.
دستور گفت: اين رشد بيشترين رقم رشد در بخش*هاي مختلف صنايع توليد مواد غذايي مورد مصرف انسان*ها بوده به نحوي كه در مقايسه با رشد *٣/٢ درصدي براي توليدات صيادي و رشد *٨/٢ درصدي براي توليدات گوشت قرمز قابل توجه است.
وي ادامه داد: توليدات صيادي از دهه *٩٠ ميلادي به بعد به رغم افت و خيزهاي متعدد حدود *٨٠ ميليون تن برآورد مي*شود كه در بسياري از سال*ها رشد صفر يا منفي داشته است.
رييس سازمان دامپزشكي كشور با بيان اينكه امروزه فشار صيادي و منابع دريايي و اقيانوسي باعث كاهش جدي ذخاير آبزيان دريايي شده است، افزود: كاهش جدي ذخاير حياتي آبزيان دريايي و اقيانوسي و گسترش روز افزون جمعيت انسان*ها و تقاضاي روز افزون براي تامين پروتئين دليايل قاطعي براي رشد روزافزون توليدات آبزي*پروري است و پيش*بيني مي*شود علاوه بر رشد توليد در اين بخش توليدات آبزيان پرورشي طي دو دهه آينده به *٥ برابر وضعيت فعلي برسد تا حداقل پروتئين مورد نياز انسان*ها تامين شود.
وي در ادامه با اشاره به آخرين سالنامه آماري سازمان شيلات ايران درباره*ي ميزان كل توليدات آبزيان كشور اظهار كرد: براساس اين آمار سالنامه در سال *٨٧ رقم *٥٦٢٥٩٤ تن توليدات كل آبزيان كل كشور بوده كه سهم آبزي*پروري از ميزان *١٨٣ هزار و *٦٤٧ تن است كه رشد آبزي*پروري در ايران معادل *١٥ درصد بوده به نحوي كه در ابتداي برنامه پنج ساله چهارم ميزان توليدات آبزي*پروري *١٢٤ هزار و *٥٦٠ تن بوده كه در سال *٨٧ به ميزان *١٨٣ هزار و *٣٤٧ تن رسيده است.
دستور در ادامه با اشاره به اهميت بيماري*ها در آبزي*پروري اظهار كرد: توسعه آبزي*پروري و افزايش تراكم موجودات زنده باعث بروز و ظهور بيماري*هاي مختلف در جمعيت آبزيان پرورشي شده است به نحوي كه بروز بيماري*ها به*عنوان اصلي*ترين مانع توسعه آبزي*پروري مطرح شده است و به*طوري كه سالانه اين بيماري*ها باعث خسارات فراواني به دليل از بين رفتن و مرگ و مير آبزيان، از دست رفتن هزاران شغل و مشكل در تجارت بين*المللي مي*شود.
او افزود: نگراني موجود نه تنها مربوط به مانع بر سر راه توسعه پايدار آبزي*پروري بلكه تاثيرات متقابل بيماري*هاي آبزيان به انسان*ها نيز مي*شود و امروزه توجه به بهداشت عمومي و مخاطرات بيماري*ها از اين جنبه نيز مورد توجه است.
رييس سازمان دامپزشكي كشور اضافه كرد: بيماري*هاي آبزيان گسترش جهاني داشته و به دليل نقل وانتقالات آبزيان زنده و محصولات آنها و گسترش سريع صنعت آبزي پروري به راحتي بين كشورها و قاره*هاي مختلف جابه جا مي*شود.
دستور با اشاره به اينكه استفاده براساس گزارش انجمن بين*المللي ميكروبيولوژي جهاني امروزه صنعت آبزي پروري به دليل وارد كردن پسآب*هاي بيولوژيك و دارويي به منابع آبي و محيط زيست يكي از مخاطرات و چالش*هاي عمده جهاني محسوب مي*شود، گفت: آنچه مهم است و نبايستي فراموش شود اين است كه در برنامه توسعه پايدار آبزي پروري توجه به بهداشت و بيماري*ها بايد به صورت جدي لحاظ شود و توجه به بهداشت آبزيان در كنار ساير مسائل از جمله بهبود تكنولوژي تكثير و پرورش، اجراي برنامه*هاي اصلاح نژادي، اصلاح ساختار مزارع، توجه به مسائل زيست محيطي توجه به تنوع گونه*اي، اصلاح ساختار مديريتي مجتمع*هاي پرورشي، استفاده از نظرات متخصصان و صاحب*نظران مي*تواند در اين راه گره*گشا باشد.
وي با اشاره به اينكه دفتر بهداشت و مبارزه با بيماري*هاي آبزيان به*عنوان بخش تخصصي سازمان دامپزشكي كشور و جهت سياست*گذاري كلان در امر پايش و مبارزه با بيماري*هاي آبزيان و ارتقاء سطح بهداشتي و صيانت از سرمايه*هاي شيلاتي كشور در سال *١٣٨١ تشكيل شد، افزود: به*رغم نوپا بودن اين دفتر در راستاي وظايف محوله در قانون سازمان دامپزشكي كشور تمهيدات گسترده*اي را جهت كنترل و مبارزه با بيماري*هاي آبزيان و كاهش تلفات و ضايعات ناشي از بيماري*ها انديشيده است كه تشكيل ادارات مستقل بهداشت و بيماري*هاي آبزيان در استان*هاي كشور، راه*اندازي و تجهيز آزمايشگاه*هاي تشخيص بيماري*هاي آبزيان در تمامي استان*هاي كشور و به خصوص استان*هاي صاحب صنعت و آموزش پرسنل، راه*اندازي و تجهيز آزمايشگاه*هاي ملي و تخصصي بيماري*هاي آبزيان و تدوين و اجراي برنامه*هاي مراقبت از بيماري*هاي*آبزيان شامل پايش و مراقبت از بيماري*هاي لك سفيد ميگو و ... از مهمترين آنها محسوب مي*شود.
