مكانيسم اثر:

اريترومايسين از آنتي بيوتيك*هاي ماكروليد بوده و با اختلال در كار سنتز پروتئين سلولي از رشد ميكروارگانيسم*ها جلوگيري بعمل آورده و بر اين اساس اثرات باكتيريواستاتيك خود را اعمال مي*كند.

موارد مصرف:

اريتروماسين بيشتر بر باكتري*هاي گرم مثبت اثر دارد. مصرف نوع خوراكي در عفونتهاي ناشي از مايكوپلاسما و كلستريدياي ماكيان مي*باشد.

اريترومايسين 5% داروي اختصاصي جهت درمان بيماري لوك اروپايي (loque) در زنبور عسل مي*باشد.

مقدار و روش مصرف:

در طيور به ازاي هر 100 تا 200 ليتر آب آشاميدني مقدار 100 گرم از ارتيرومايسين تيوسيانات 20% اضافه مي*گردد و درمان براي مدت 4 تا 5 روز متوالي ادامه مي*يابد.

زمان پرهيز از مصرف:

3 روز قبل از كشتار مرغ

10 روز قبل از استفاده انسان از تخم مرغ و بوقلمون تحت درمان
