از گوش*دردهاي عفوني تا مشكلات گوارشي


آنتي*بيوتيك*هايي كه در دوران نوزادي براي درمان عفونت گوش مياني يا ساير بيماري*هايي كه منشأ عفوني دارند، تجويز مي*شود، احتمال خطر ابتلا به اختلال عملكرد روده را در كودكي افزايش مي*دهد.
آزمايشي كه روي گروهي از كودكان دو تا هشت ساله انجام گرفت، نشان داد، 58 درصد از نوزاداني كه در سال اول تولدشان آنتي*بيوتيك*هايي كه به منظور درمان بيماري*هاي عفوني تجويز مي*شود، مصرف مي*كنند، در معرض ابتلا به دو نوع از مهم*ترين اختلال التهابي روده (IBD) قرار دارند.
محققان معتقدند مصرف آنتي*بيوتيك در نخستين سال زندگي بر عملكرد و توليد باكتري*هاي خوب و بد روده تأثير گذاشته و ممكن است، باعث دردهاي شكمي و مشكلات گوارشي شود.
حالت تهوع، استفراغ و دردهاي شكمي از علائم ابتلا به اختلالات التهابي روده در كودكي است كه به عقيده متخصصان مصرف آنتي*بيوتيك*ها يكي از ريسك فاكتورهاي مؤثر در ابتلا به اين بيماري است.
ديگر تحقيقات نشان مي*دهد، تركيبات شيميايي موجود در آنتي*بيوتيك*ها تأثير و كارايي عملكرد باكتري*هاي مفيد روده را كاهش داده و باكتري*هاي مضر را فعال مي*كند و اين مسئله زمينه*ساز تظاهر علائم مشكلات گوارشي مي*شود.
از طرف ديگر مشكلات التهابي روده در دوران كودكي، زمينه*ساز مزمن شدن بيماري در بزرگسالي خواهد بود كه عواملي مانند رژيم غذايي نامناسب، استعمال دخانيات و بي*تحركي باعث تشديد اختلال مي*شوند. به عقيده متخصصان 70 تا
80 درصد از نوزادان مبتلا به عفونت گوش مياني يا عفونت*هاي ساده بدون مصرف آنتي*بيوتيك*ها بهبود پيدا مي*كنند.
محققان توصيه مي*كنند، در صورت ظهور علائم ساده، بهتر است والدين 48 تا 72 ساعت صبر كنند و بنا به دستور پزشك در صورت تشديد علائم از الگوهاي دارويي پيروي كنند.
