تصویب مباحث مرتبط با دامپزشکی در ماده 136 برنامه پنجم

نمایندگان مجلس در ادامه جلسات بررسی برنامه پنجم توسعه کشور ، ماده 136 *برنامه پنجم توسعه را *بررسی و تصویب کردند.
بر این اساس دولت مجاز *به *حمایت مالی از توسعه کشتارگاه*های صنعتی و بهبود کشتارگاه*های سنتی و نیمه*صنعتی توسط بخش غیردولتی به منظور ارتقای شاخص بهداشت کشتار انواع دام، *ارتقای سطح کلی حمایت از کشاورزی به حداقل 35 درصد ارزش تولید این بخش و حمایت از افزایش تولید پروتئین حیوانی حاصل از انواع دام، طیور و آبزیان با هدف تأمین امنیت غذایی شد.
همچنین وزارت جهاد کشاورزی مجاز شد *به منظور کنترل بیماری*های دامی، تضمین سرمایه*گذاری در بخش کشاورزی و امنیت غذایی، از طریق سازمان*های دامپزشکی و نظام دامپزشکی و سامانه هوشمند مراقبت بیماری*های دامی و هویت*دار کردن جمعیت دامی کشور را مستقر کند.
در قسمت دیگر این ماده آمده است که دولت برنامه تأمین سلامت غذا از مزرعه تا سفره را طی سال اول برنامه تصویب و اقدامات قانونی لازم برای اجرای آن به عمل آورد.
ماده 136 *لایحه برنامه پنجم توسعه با 166 رأی موافق، 2 رأی مخالف و 5 رأی ممتنع به تصویب مجلس رسید.
