گربه اي نرغير واكسينه از نژاد DSH با سن 3ماه
و با تاريخچه : بي اشتهايي، افزايش ريزش بزاق،بوي بد دهان به کلینیک مراجعه كرده است

در معاينه باليني علائم زير مورد تشخيص قرار گرفت:
Halitosis
خونریزی از لثه
وجود زخم در ناحیه دهان و زبان

و حالا تعدادی از دلایل را با هم مرور میکنیم»




CAUSES
(Congenital): Cleft palate - primary or secondary
Metabolic :Uremia • Diabetes mellitus
Nutritional: Hypervitaminosis A (cats)
Neoplastic • Malignant melanoma • Squamous cell carcinoma • Fibrosarcoma
Immune Mediated: Pemphigus vulgaris
Infectious: Periodontal disease, Feline viral rhinotracheitis • Feline calicivirus • Feline leukemia virus • Feline immunodeficiency virus,
Trauma
Toxic

1- oral suspension co- amoxiclave 156 n: 1
Dose : 10- 20 mg/kg
به مدت 7 روز


2- oral sus metronidazole125 mg/5ml n: 1
Dose : 10- 20 mg/kg
به مدت 7 روز


3- mouth wash chlorhexidine n: 1
روزي دو بار دهان شستشو داده شود
به صاحب دام توصيه شود از غذاي نرم براي تغذيه حيوان استفاده کند.

عمده ترین حالت پیش فرض در بچه گربه ای به این سن، می تونه کلسی وایروس باشه. در صورت عدم درمان، انتشار عفونت های ثانویه سبب gingivitis و به دنبال آن priodontitis شدید شده که التهاب را به استخوان هیا آلوئولی فک منتقل کرده و سبب تورم فک و دهان می شود.
