بیماری سل مرغی

عامل بیماری :
عامل بیماری از نوع Mycobacterium Avium میباشد .



طرز انتشار بیماری :

بیماری به صورت واگیر بوده و از مرغ سالم و در اثر تماس با مدفوع منتقل میگردد .


طیور حساس :

مرغ خانگی حساس به این بیماری است .


نشانیهای بیماری :

معمولا بیماری طیور بالغ را مبتلا میکند . طیور مبتلا لاغر و کم وزن هستند . عضله سینه کم رشد بوده و استخوان جناغ سینه معلوم است . اشتهاء طیور مبتلا معمولی است ولی در مراحل پیشرفته بیماری اشتهاء کاهش میابد . معمولا در مفاصل آثار تورم و لنگش دیده میشود . تاج و ریش پریده رنگ و پژمرده است .


تلفات بیماری :

معمولا تلفات در این بیماری زیاد نیست ولی ضرر و زیان اقتصادی آن در خور توجه میباشد . تعداد افراد مبتلا در گله ممکن است بین ۵ تا ۹۵ درصد باشد .


تشخیص بیماری :

با کالبد شکافی میتوان بیماری را تشخیص داد . وجود برجستگی های ریز و جراحات زرد پنیری شکل در کبد و طحال و روده ها بخوبی وجود این بیماری را نشان میدهد . چنانچه از این ترشحات در زیر میکروسکوپ آزمایش بعمل آید بسادگی میتوان باسیل سل را تشخیص داد .


درمان و پیشگیری :

درمان رضایت بخشی برای این بیماری وجود ندارد . بوسیله مدیریت صحیح و اعمال روشهای بهداشتی این بیماری را میتوان به آسانی از مرغداری آلوده ریشه کن نمود . برای این منظور باید گله مبتلا را روانه کشتارگاه کرد و وسائل و لانه و محیط را قبل از ریختن جوجه های جدید بخوبی ضدعفونی کرد .
