مصرف شیر و لبنیات، سرب موجود در هوا را از بدن دفع می کند

پرستار اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی (115) گفت: استفاده از لبنیات در دفع سرب موجود در هوای آلوده مفید است و در صورتی که فردی بر اثر آلودگی هوا دچار علایم حاد تنفسی و دیگر عوارض آلودگی شد اکسیژن تراپی و مراجعه سریع به مراکز درمانی بهترین کار است. به گزارش سلامت نیوز حسن عباسی در گفت وگو با نظام پرستاری افزود: سردرد، سرگیجه، تاری دید، خواب آلودگی غیرمتعارف، ضعف و بی حالی، تهوع و استفراغ، تنگی نفس، سوزش و قرمزی چشم و حتی سوزش مجاری تنفسی از علایم و نشانه های آلودگی هواست و کارشناسان برای جلوگیری از بروز این علایم و نشانه ها استفاده فراوان از شیر و لبنیات را توصیه می کنند.
وی توضیح داد: شیر و لبنیات با خاصیت سم زدایی می تواند تا حدود زیادی میزان سرب موجود در هوا(یکی از آلاینده های هوا) و جذب شده در بدن را دفع کند.
مدیر روابط عمومی اورژانس تهران به شهروندان تهرانی توصیه کرد تا از خروج بی مورد و غیرضرور از منزل خودداری و یا در صورت اجبار از ماسک های مناسب استفاده کنند که البته طول مدت مصرف هریک از ماسک ها متناسب با جنس آن متفاوت و باید حین خرید طول مدت استفاده آن پرسیده شود.
پرستار اورژانس 115 با تاکید بر خارج نشدن بیماران قلبی – ریوی، کودکان و سالمندان در شرایط هشدار و اضطرار آلودگی هوا از خانه گفت: انجام فعالیت های ورزشی و جسمانی دشوار در هوای آلوده و فضای باز در روزهایی که هوا آلوده است مناسب نیست.
عباسی در ادامه از شهروندان خواست تا در این ایام از سال از ناوگان حمل و نقل عمومی استفاده کنند و خودروهای شخصی و تک سرنشین را از منزل خارج نکنند.
وی یادآورشد: اورژانس تهران هم برای رفاه حال بیشتر شهروندان در شرایط بحرانی آلودگی هوا در 6 منطقه و میدان پرتردد شهر تهران مانند میدان های امام حسین(ع) ،انقلاب، آزادی، تجریش، رسالت و میدان امام خمینی(ره) 6 دستگاه اتوبوس آمبولانس به عنوان کلینیک های سیار مستقر کرده است تا هر یک از شهروندان در صورت بروز علایم یا نشانه های ناشی از آلودگی هوا برای دریافت اقدامات درمانی به این واحدهای سیار مراجعه کنند.
