راه هاي انتقال بيماري آنفلوآنزاي طيور

مخزن اصلی و اولیه بیماری برای سایر گونه ها ، که میزبان طبیعی ویروس آنفلوآنزا نیز هستند، پرندگان مهاجر آبزی ( به ویژه اردک وحشی ) می باشند، که این پرندگان فاقد هر گونه علایم بالینی بوده ، ویروس در روده های پرنده تجمع یافته ، از راه مدفوع دفع می شود.

این ویروس به مدت طولانی به ویژه در درجه حرارت های پایین در مدفوع زنده می ماند. تماس مستقیم با پرندگان اهلی حساس موجود در واحدهای پرورش ، از طریق دفع ترشحات تنفسی ، ملتحمه و مدفوع آلوده به ویروس پرندگان وحشی ، باعث انتقال بیماری خواهد شد. از راه های دیگر انتقال آلودگی ، آب آشامیدنی و غذای طیور است.

همچنین تماس غیرمستقیم از طریق وسایل و تجهیزات آلوده به قطرات و ترشحات تنفسی که این قطرات حاوی حجم زیادی از ویروس می باشند، از راه های دیگر انتقال محسوب می شود. باید به انتقال بیماری از واحدهای پرورش آلوده به واحدهای سالم نیز توجه بسیار داشت.اصلی ترین راه این انتقال ، جابه جایی فضولات آلوده می باشد.

کفش ها ، لباس ها و سایر وسایل آلوده مربوط به افراد و کارکنان واحد های پرورشی ، وسایل نقلیه و سایر تجهیزات ، جعبه ها و سطوح تخم مرغ ها و مصرف نامناسب لاشه آلوده ، از دیگر راه های ورود بیماری به گله سالم است.

بازارهای پرندگان زنده ( به عنوان مخزن آلودگی و انتقال آن به انسان ها و سایر پرندگان) و حضور پرندگان زینتی در قفس نیز در این امر دخیلند. انتقال ویروس از هوا به واحدهای پرورش، در مقایسه با انتقال مکانیکی ، نقش مهمی در انتشار بیماری ندارد، مگر اینکه این واحدها در نزدیکی یکدیگر بنا شده باشند .
