بیماری نوزاد ساکی ( Sac brood )

عامل بیماری ویروسی است که از تولید آنزیم کیتیناز جلوگیری کرده و متعاقب آن ، مانع پوست اندازی می شود . پس در نتیجه ي نیفتادن پوست قبلی ، لارو شروع به باد کردن و سخت شدن می کند .
بیشترین حساسیت ابتلا به بیماری در دو روزگی و وقوع مرگ در پیش شفیرگی .
علايم
تیره شدن لارو که ابتدا از سر شروع و بعد تا انتهای بدن ادامه پیدا می کند . سینه در این بین روشن تر از سر و تیره تر از شکم است . لارو مرده حالت چرمی دارد و به راحتی از حجره ها جدا مي شود . بندهای شکمی از حالت طبیعی واضح تر ديده مي شوند .
انتشار
بیماری عموماً حالت فصلی دارد . از اواخر بهار شروع مي شود و در اواخر تابستان خود بخود کاهش می يابد .
در این جا نيز رفتار غارت ، مهمترین عامل در انتشار بیماری به شمار می آید .
پیش گیری و درمان
مثل اکثر بیماری های ویروسی درمان ندارد ؛ فقط می توان از درمان های حمایتی و تقویت کلونی استفاده کرد .
برای پیش گیری ، بهترین کار قوی نگه داشتن کلونی و استفاده از ملکه های اصلاح نژاد شده است
