49 درصد از عوامل بيماريزا از دام به انسان قابل انتقال است

از بين يك هزار و 709 عامل بيماري*زاي شناخته شده، 832 عامل يعني 49 درصد از دام به انسان قابل انتقال است. به گزارش ايانا و بنابه اعلام سازمان جهاني بهداشت (WHO) همچنين از بين يك هزار و 156 بيماري نوپديد شناخته شده در انسان، 114 مورد آن يعني 74 درصد از حيوانات به انسان منتقل مي*شوند كه از جمله مهمترين و خطرناكترين اين بيماري*ها هاري، جنون گاوي، سل، تب مالت، سياه زخم، آنفلوآنزاي فوق حاد پرندگان، كيست هيداتيد، ليشمانيوز، تب خونريزي دهنده كريمه و كنگو و تب دره ريفت است. بيماري*هاي حيواني به شيوه*هاي گوناگون بهداشت و سلامتي انسان را تهديد مي*كند كه انسان در نتيجه تماس مستقيم يا غيرمستقيم در معرض آلودگي قرار مي*گيرد. اين گزارش مي*افزايد: رشد جمعيت جهان در طي قرن گذشته 4 برابر شده است به طوري كه سالانه 80 تا 100 ميليون نفر بر جمعيت كره زمين افزود: در همين مدت زمان جمعيت جهان به طور بي*سابقه نيز پير شده است. علاوه بر اين سيل مهاجرت جمعيت روستايي به نقاط شهري را شاهد بوده*ايم كه اثر متقابل اين تغييرات و رشد جمعيت با حيوانات و فرآورده*هاي دامي نيز به طرز بي*سابقه*اي افزايش مي*يابد كه در نتيجه دورنماي اين وضعيت مي*تواند منجر به رخداد بيماري*هاي مشترك نوپديد و بازپديد شود. همچنين از طرفي پديده جهاني**سازي به عنوان يكي از مهمترين تغييراتي است كه در زندگي ما طي ربع قرن گذشته روي داده است. جابجايي انسان امروزي از سال 1800 ميلادي تاكنون به طور متوسط يك هزار برابر افزايش يافته است. در آغاز قرن حاضر 700 ميليون نفر اقدام به سفرهاي بين*المللي كرده*اند و به نظر مي*رسد در سال 2010 اين رقم به يك ميليارد نفر برسد. برپايه اين گزارش، امروزه انسان، حيوانات و فرآورده*هاي دامي بسيار سريع*تر از مدت نهفتگي يا دوره كمون، بسياري از عامل بيماري*زا را به نقاط مختلف جهان منتقل مي*كنند. در سال 2003 ايالات متحده با وجود تمام مراقبت*هاي بهداشتي كه اعمال مي*كند به طور همزمان سه بيماري عفوني مختلف سارس، ويروس نيل غربي و آبله ميموني را تجربه كرد. قبل از آن هيچ يك از اين سه بيماري در داخل خاك آمريكا مشاهده نشده بود. انتشار بيماري آنفلوآنزا در سطح جهان در جمعيت*هاي انساني، دامي و پرندگان پديده*اي است كه گاهي بدون ارتباط با يكديگر و گاهي نيز در اثر ارتباطات بين آنها مشاهده شده است و اكثر متخصصين بيماري*هاي عفوني بر اين باورند كه احتمال بروز يك همه*گيري شديد جهاني ديگر در راه است و اين مسئله در اثر يك تغيير ژنتيكي در ويروس عامل بيماري روي خواهد داد كه در نتيجه ويروس توانايي آلوده*سازي گونه*هاي مختلف را خواهد داشت. هدف اصلي دامپزشكي در قرن 21 در حقيقت پاسخگويي به نيازهاي حياتي و همزمان جامعه در پيشگيري از تهديدات حاصل از بيماري*هاي مشترك و بهبود ارتقاء سطح بهداشت دام و بهداشت عمومي است كه سياست*هاي بهداشتي خود را تحت عنوان (from from to fork) كه منظور رعايت صحيح و كامل اصول بهداشتي از سطح مزرعه تا چنگال غذا*خوري است به اجرا مي*گذارند كه در راس اين اقدامات مي*توان به پيشگيري و مبارزه با بيماري*هاي مشترك بين انسان و دام، پيشگيري و مبارزه با بيماري*هاي انگلي و بيماري*هاي واگير دام، نظارت بهداشتي و لاشه و آلايش دام و طيور در كشتارگاه*ها، نظارت بهداشتي بر فرآورده*هاي خام دامي در مراكز و صنايع بسته*بندي و نظارت بهداشتي بر مراكز عرضه فرآورده*هاي خام دامي اشاره كرد.
