نشانه های هپاتیت در گربه ها به نشانه های دیگر بیماری های کبدی در آنان شباهت دارد . به این دلیل که وظیفه کبد تنظیم سوخت و ساز بدن و تصفیه خون است گربه های مبتلا به هپاتیت باید سریعا مراقبت های پزشکی دریافت کنند .
نشانه های بیماری در گربه ها معمولا در هنگامی قابل مشاهده هستند که بیماری شدیدا پیشرفته است . به هر حال کبد عضوی است که میتواند سلول های مرده خود را دوباره ترمیم کند و در صورتی که درمان با موفقیت انجام گیرد گربه شما میتواند سالهای زیادی را به راحتی زندگی کند .

انواع و دلایل بروز هپاتیت در گربه ها

معمولا 3 نوع هپاتیت در گربه ها دیده میشود و این سه نوع هپاتیت های B ، A و Leptospirosis هستند . بعضی از گربه ها از تماس با خون یا مدفوع یک گربه آلوده به هپاتیت مبتلا میشوند و بعضی دیگر از آنها با ویروس و باکتری ها به این بیماری آلوده میشوند .
به این دلیل که کبد ارگانی است که متابولیسم دارویی بدن گربه را نیز به عهده دارد ، دارو ها باید به گربه های مبتلا به هپاتیت به آرامی داده شوند .

نشانه های هپاتیت در گربه ها

خستگی و بی حوصلگی تهوع زردی اسهال کاهش اشتها کاهش وزن ورم شکمی تغییرات رفتاری تغییر رنگ مدفوع ( معمولا خاکستری ) تکرر ادرار تشنگی غیر عادی

تشخیص هپاتیت در گربه

دامپزشک در ابتدا یک آزمایش فیزیکی انجام میدهید و شکم گربه را برای یافتن هر گونه برجستگی لمس میکند و سپس از X-Ray و فراصوت برای یافتن هرگونه آنرمالیتی در شکم استفاده میکند . پس از انجام این تست ها دامپزشک یک آزمایش خون کامل نیز از گربه میگیرد تا درباره عملکرد کبدش بیشتر بداند .
دامپزشک درباره وجود باکتری ها و ویروس هایی که موجب بروز هپاتیت در گربه شده اند نیز آزمایشاتی انجام میدهد . در صورتی که گربه تان دارو های مخصوصی را مصرف میکند نام این دارو ها را به دامپزشکتان بدهید .

روش درمان هپاتیت در گربه ها

اولویت اول برای درمان این است که دردی که گربه آن را تحمل میکند کاهش یابد . سپس دامپزشک دارو های کورتيکواستروييدی برای رفع التهاب کبد تجویز میکند . به یاد داشته باشید که این دارو های را باید به صورت منظم و با دوز تعیین شده به گربه بدهید تا از آسیب به کبد جلوگیری شود .
در کنار دارو ها دامپزشک رژیم غذایی خاصی را نیز برای گربه شما تعیین میکند و معمولا بعضی غذا های خشک و کنسروی مخصوص این رژیم ها ساخته شده اند . ولی اگر برای گربه تان در خانه غذا میپزید با دقت به دستورات دامپزشک گوش دهید تا مواد لازم برای بدن گربه تان را به او برسانید .
در صورتی که گربه شما از عفونت های باکتریایی رنج میبرد دامپزشک دارو های آنتی بیوتیک را نیز برای گربه تجویز می کند .
