معده درد در سگها حالتی عادی است و علت های بسیاری دارد که مهم ترین آن خوردن مواد خطرناک یا غیر قابل هضم است . در اکثر موارد این حالت پس از یک یا دو روز با نگهداری و داروی مناسب رفع میشود ولی در گاهی اوقات معده درد میتواند جدی و کشنده باشد .

علت های معده درد در سگها
معده درد علت های بسیاری مانند یبوست ، سوءهاضمه ، زخم معده ، مسومیت های غذایی ، تورم کیسه صفرا ، سنگ کلیه ، بیماری های کبدی ، تورم لوزالمعده ، سوزش در هنگام ادرار ( UTI ) و نفخ دارد .
یکی از علت های بروز حالتی مانند زخم معده آسیب به غشاء مخاطی معده است . زخم معده میتواند بر اثر خوردن آنتی بیوتیک ها ، عفونت های باکتریایی ، بیماری های کلیوی یا کبدی ، بیماری های قلبی یا مشکل فشار خون به وجود آید .
سگی که دچار تورم لوزالمعده است نیز دارای درد در ناحیه معده و شکم خواهد بود .
دیگر علت های معده درد در سگها
سموم مختلف میتوانند موجب معده درد حاد شوند و تنها راه رفع این حالت دادن داروی تهوع آور به سگ است . خوردن بعضی مواد خارجی غیز قابل هضم نیز موجب معده درد میشوند و در صورتی که میدانید سگ شما ماده ای خارجی را خورده است باید او را به نزد دامپزشک ببرید .
تشخیص معده درد
یک معاینه فیزیکی ، مطالعه پرونده پزشکی و انجام آزمایش هایی برای دانستن میزان کلسترول ، گلبول های سفید در خون و میزان لیپاز به دامپزشک برای تشخیص علت معده درد کمک میکند . دامپزشک درباره نوع غذایی که پت شما در این چند روز مصرف کرده نیز سوال میکند .
روش درمان معده درد در سگها
شما باید به همراه غذای سگتان به او مقداری ماست بدهید زیرا باکتری های موجود در ماست به هضم غذای مصرف شده کمک خواهد کرد .
در هنگام غذا خوردن به سگتان نگاه کنید و مطمئن شوید که غذا را خیلی سریع مصرف نمی کند . دادن دارو هایی مانند Pepto Bismol نیز به تسکین درد کمک میکند .
به غیر از این آرام بخش هایی مانند Benadryl نیز درد را موقتا تسکین خواهند داد . یکی دیگر از راه ها این است که یک روز کامل به سگتان غذایی ندهید و فقط برای او آب تازه بگذارید .
اگر پس از دو روز سگ شما بهبود نیافت بهتر است به نزد دامپزشک بروید تا مطمئن شوید که سگتان به بیماری خطرناکی مبتلا نیست .
بیش از حد غذا خوردن ، مصرف گوشت گندیده و خوردن اجسام خارجی موجب بروز معده درد در سگ میشوند و شما باید به محض اینکه علائم معده درد را در سگتان مشاهده کردید او را به نزد دامپزشک ببرید تا سلامتی خود را به دست آورد .
