غدد درون ريز و هورمون هاي توليد مثلي در ميگو

بعد از ماهیان باله دار(Finfish)، سخت پوستانی مانند میگوی دریایی، میگوی آب شیرین، خرچنگ ، لابستر و ... از اهمیت بالایی در آبزی پروری برخوردارند. سیستم هورمونی – عصبی و ساز و کار کنترل هورمونی سخت پوستان تا حدودی با ماهیان استخوانی اختلاف دارد. دسته نورون های عصبی موجود در مغز، عقده های عصبی سینه ای، رابط اعصاب کناری و ... جزء نورون های ترشحی – عصبی سخت پوستان می باشد. علاوه بر این ، یک اندام تخصصی ترشحی – عصبی به نام اندام ایکس(X-organ) در بخش پایه ی چشمی قرار دارد. پایه ی چشمی واقع در ساقه ی چشمی (eyestalk) شامل سه عقده عصبی به نام های مدولای بیرونی،*داخلی و انتهایی می باشد
نورون های عصبی – ترشحی در مدولای انتهایی قرار دارند. آکسون های این نورون های عصبی – ترشحی به اندام عصبی – خونی به نام غده ی سینوسی وارد می گردد. این غده به عنوان مرکز نگهداری و آزادسازی هورمون مطرح می باشد. غده ی سینوسی در قسمت کناری بین مدولای بیرونی و داخلی قرار می گیرد. از آنجایی که غده ی سینوسی برای ذخیره و آزاد سازی هورمون های عصبی که توسط نورون های اندام ایکس ترشح می شود، بکار می رود؛ این اندام را "مجموعه ی اندام ایکس – غده ی سینوسی "(complex sinus gland – x-organ) می نامند.
اندام ایکس چند هورمون ترشح می کند که عبارتند از:
۱) هورمون تغییر دهنده ی رنگ چشم (بوسیله ی تحریک رنگدانه ی رتین )
۲) هورمون موثر در تغییر رنگ بدن
۳) هورمون تنظیم کننده ی قند خون (CHH=crustacean hypergliycemic hormon )
۴) هورمون موثر بر جلوگیری از رشد غدد جنسی یا تخمدان GIH/OIH=Gonad or ovary inhibiting hormone
۵) هورمون جلوگیری کننده از پوست اندازیMIH=Molt inhibiting hormone
از دیگر نوروپیتیدها ،هورمون محرک غدد جنسی (GSH )است که از عقده ی عصبی واقع در قسمت سینه ای ترشح می گردد .نورون های عصبی ترشحی واقع در گره ی عصبی فوق مری ،عامل آزاد کننده ی هورمون محرک غدد جنسی (GSHRF )را که باعث تحریک ترشح هورمون محرک غدد جنسی( GSH ) می شود، را ترشح می کند.
علاوه بر سیستم های عصبی –ترشحی بیان شده ،چهار غده ی درون ریز زیر در بدن سخت پوستان وجود دارد :
۱) تخمدان؛
۲) غده ی آندروژنیک؛
۳) اندام دهانی ؛
۴) اندام Y
اندام Y (Y-organ )دربخش دهانی بدن قرار دارد .این اندام هورمون پوست اندازی (ecdysone )
که یک هورمون استروئیدی است ،ترشح می نماید. فعالیت ترشحی این اندام بوسیله ی اندام ایکس (باترشح MIH =هورمون جلوگیری کننده از پوست اندازی )و اندام دهانی کنترل می گردد.MIH از ترشح هورمون اندام Y جلوگیری می کند و اندام دهانی باعث تحریک این اندام می شود.
اندام دهانی (mandibular )با ترشح MF (methyl farnesoate )دررشد تخمدان و ویتلوژنزیس (زرده سازی )نقش دارد.فعالیت اندام دهانی تحت کنترل هورمون پایه ی چشمی می باشد(در بسیاری از سخت پوستان )؛چون با ازبین بردن پایه ی چشمی هورمون MF افزایش می یابد. همانطوریکه گفته شد ، MF نقش تحریک اندام Y را برای ترشح هورمون اکدیزون (هورمون پوست اندازی) برعهده دارد .
پوست اندازی پدیده ای منظم در سخت پوستانی از قبیل میگوی آب شیرین ،خرچنگ ، لابسترو .... می باشد که همراه با رشد آنها اتفاق می افتد.چرخه ی پوست اندازی شامل چهار مرحله ی زیر می باشد:
۱) پیش از پوست اندازی premolt ؛
۲) پوست اندازی molt ؛
۳) بین پوست اندازی intermolt ؛
۴) پس از پوست اندازی postmolt
در طول مرحله ی پیش از پوست اندازی مواد معدنی اسکلت قبلی (قدیمی )جذب و در گاسترولیت (قسمت سخت دیواره ی معده )یا هپاتو پانکراس ذخیره می گردد.در ادامه گلیکوژن در زیر پوست ذخیره شده و مصرف اکسیژن به خاطر افزایش فعالیت های متابولیکی زیاد می شود.در مرحله ی پوست اندازی ،کوتیکول قدیمی به خاطر افزایش اندازه بدن در اثر جذب آب ،از بدن جدا می گردد .در مرحله ی پس از پوست اندازی اسکلت خارجی جدید از طریق ته نشینی دوباره ی کتین و نمک های معدنی تشکیل می گردد.مرحله ی بین پوست اندازی ،مرحله ی سکون می باشد.
هورمون پوست اندازی بوسیله ی اندام Y در مرحله ی پیش از پوست اندازی و بین پوست اندازی ترشح می گردد. در مرحله ی پس از پوست اندازی در اثر ترشح هورمون MIH از اندام ایکس ، ترشح هورمون پوست اندازی متوقف می گردد.
غده ی آندروژنیک در جنس نر وجود دارد.بیضه ها به عنوان غدد درون ریز مطرح نبوده ولی غده ی آندروژنیک بصورت غده ی درون ریز عمل می کند. هورمون آندروژنیکی که توسط این غده ترشح می گردد،در ایجاد صفات ثانویه و مراحل اسپرم سازی( اسپرماتوژنزیس) در جنس نر نقش دارد.
اگر غده ی آندروژنیک از جنس نر برداشته شود، ممکن است به جنس ماده تغییر جنسیت دهد و تخمدان درآن شکل پیدا کند.
GIH/OIH که از مجموعه غده سینوسی – اندام ایکس ترشح می گردد، رشد تخمدان را کنترل می کند. اگر از ترشح این هورمون جلوگیری به عمل آید، تخمدان به سرعت رشد کرده و زرده سازی(ویتلوژنزیس) و رسیدگی جنسی سریعا انجام می گیرد. به خاطر نقش ویژه ی این هورمون در زرده سازی ، آنرا VIH (هورمون بازدارنده ی زرده سازی) نیز می نامند. از این رو ، برای القاء رسیدگی تخمدان در میگو و خرچنگ در سالن تکثیر از تکنیک قطع ساقه ی چشمی استفاده می شود. در هنگام قطع ساقه ی چشمی مجموعه غده سینوسی – اندام ایکس به همراه ساقه ی چشمی برداشته می شود، در نتیجه تخمدان از اثر بازدارندگی GIH/OIH و MIH رها می گردد.
