فرونکولوزیس
علت نام گذاری این بیماری طبق تحقیقاتی که داشتم به خاطر ضایعات تاول مانندی است که روی پوست ایجاد می کند
عامل این بیماری باکتری گرم منفی میله ای شکل کوتاه است و تقریبا بی تحرک است
در این بیماری هرچه دما بیشتر باشد شدت بیماری بیشتر می شود در واقع با دمای آب نسبت مستقیم دارد
قابل توجه دوستانی که در آکواریومشون لاک پشت نگه میدارند:
خزندگان دوزیستان و بعضی ماهیان وحشی می توانند ناقل این بیماری باشند شیوع این بیماری بسیار زیاد است و به سرعت تمام ماهیانی که در یک تانک هستند به این بیماری مبتلا می شوند در واقع در بعضی موارد شیوع بیماری صد در صد است
انتقال این بیماری از طریق آب و غذاو وسایل آلوده صورت می گیرد و هم از طریق تخم !
یعنی تخم های ماهی هم به این بیماری آلوده می شوند
معمولا تلفات این بیماری بسیار زیاد است در بعضی مواقع تلفات به 85% هم می رسد
علائم:
نشانه ها و علائم این بیماری را می توان به سه شکل حاد و تحت حاد یا مزمن تقسیم کرد:
شکل حاد:
در این مرحله از بیماری روزانه درصد قابل توجهی از ماهیان بی حال شده و به سطح آب آمده و تلف می شوند
از انواع نشانه های این بیماری می توان به تیرگی رنگ بدن بیرون زدگی چشمان خونریزی در پوست باله ها آبششها و دیگر نواحی بدن نام برد
شکل تحت حاد:
دراین شکل از بیماری نشانه های شکل حاد به صورت خفیف ظاهر می شود و تاول های مشخصی نیز در پوست ظاهر می شود و درصد تلفات کم تر است
تاول ها در حقیقت زیر پوستی بوده که در اثر ضربه یا فشار پاره شده و از آن خونابه ای حاوی خون خرده های بافتی و باکتری خارج می شود قبل از باز شدن آنها نیز به صورت برآمدگی هایی مشخص و نرمی روی عضلات قابل تشخیص است
شکل مزمن:
در این شکل از بیماری که معمولا به دنبال دو شکل اول ظاهر می شود فقط ضایعات جلدی وجود دارد که توسط عوامل ثانویه شدت می یابند معمولا تلفاتی وجود ندارد قارچی شدن ضایعات کنده شدن فلس ها تحلیل باله های شنا لاغری عدم تمایل به غذا گاهی تیرگی رنگ بدن ماهی و حتی در بعضی مواقع کوری ماهی و یا ضایعات داخلی شامل وجود تاول در عضلات می باشد
درمان:
درمان این بیماری معمولا سخت است وانتخاب دارو باید توسط یک فرد با تجربه و یا دامپزشک صورت گیرد:
(چون داروی خاصی برای درمان این بیماری پیدا نکردم به چند منبع مطمئن رجوع کردم و داروهای پیشنهادی آنها را برای شما می نویسم)
1.مخلوط سولفامرازین + سولفا گوانیدین یه میزان 264 میلیگرم به ازای هر کیلو گرم وزن ماهی در روز به مدت سه روز و از همین دارو به میزان 154 به ازای هر کیلو گرم وزن ماهی در روز به مدت یک هفته
2.اکسی تتراسایکلین به میزان 55 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن ماهی در روز به صورت مخلوط در غذا
3.اریترمایسین تزریقی (اریترو – 200 ) 20-40 میلی گرم در کیلو گرم وزن ماهی (به هیچ عنوان اگر تجربه ی این کار رو ندارید از این روش استفاده نکنید چون ممکنه باعث مرگ ماهیتون بشه)
