مقاومت آنتي بيوتيكي برخي عوامل باكتريايي متداول جوجه هاي گوشتي در مرغداريهاي شیراز
هدف : از انجام مطالعه حاضر بررسي ميزان فراواني اين پديده در ميان باكتري هاي جدا شده از لاشه مرضي جوجه هاي گوشتي مي باشد.

حيوانات: دويست قطعه جوجه گوشتي.
روش: دراين تحقيق، ابتدا عوامل باكتريايي عفونتها در 200 قطعه جوجه گوشتي واحدهاي پرورش اطراف شيراز جدا و شناسايي گرديدند و سپس با كاربرد روش انتشار از ديسك، ميزان مقاومت دارويي اين عوامل نسبت به تعداد از آنتي بيوتيك هاي مورد استفاده در صنعت طيور تعيين شد.
تجزيه و تحليل اماري: مطالعه توصيفي.
نتايج : عوامل عمده جدا شده شامل اشريشياكلي (82 درصد)، سالمونلا (5/16 درصد) و استافيلوكوكوس (5/1 درصد) بود. پني سيلين، آموكسي سيلين، جنتامايسين، انروفلوكساسين، تايلوزين، كلرامفنيلكل، فورازوليدون، تتراسايكلين، لينكواسپكتين، فلومكوئين واريترومايسين آنتي بيوتيك هايي بودند كه آزمايش حساسيت آنتي بيوتيكي در مورد شان انجام گرديد. نتايج به دست آمده از اين بررسي نشان مي دهد كه عوامل باكتريايي جدا شده بيشترين ميزان مقاومت را نسبت به پني سيلين و كگمترين ميزان مقاومت را نسبت به جنتامايسين نشان داده اند. همچنين اشريشياكلي در مقايسه با دو عامل ديگر مقاومت دارويي بيشتري از خود بروز داد. تمام باكتري هاي جدا شده حداقل به يك آنتي بيوتيك مقاوم و دوازده درصد از اشريشياكلي جدا شده تنها به يك آنتي بيوتيك حساس بودند تمام نمونه هاي سالمونلا حداقل به سه آنتي بيوتيك حساس و حداكثر به هشت آنتي بيوتيك مقاوم بودند. سه نمونه استافيلوكوكوس جدا شده به شش آنتي بيوتيك حساس و در مقابل پنج آنتي بيوتيك مقاومت نشان دادند.
نتيجه گيري : يافته هاي اين تحقيق دلالت بر بالا بودن ميزان مقاومت آنتي بيوتيكي در عوامل باكتريايي جدا شده از لاشه مرضي طيور دارد. اين امر مي تواند احتمالا به دليل استفاده نادرست از آنتي بيوتيك ها در صنعت مرغداري باشد.
