اشكال دارويي:


Solution for Injection: 500 mg/ml
مكانيسم اثر: ديپيرون جزء داروهاي غير استروئيدي است كه با مهار آنزيم سيكلواكسيژناز مانع تشرح پروستاگلاندين مي*شود. اثر ضد درد دارو با دخالت در ترشح برروي كينين مي*باشد.
فارماكوكينتيك:
علاوه بر اينكه ديپيرون يك داروي ضد درد مي*باشد تأثير آرام بخشي نيز بر روي دام دارد. ديپيرون داراي خاصيت ضد انقباض قوي بر روي عضلات مي*باشد و اين اثر با انبساط عروق توأم بوده كه باعث ازدياد خون در عضلات مي*شود.
ديپيرون در برطرف نمودن تب اثر ممتد و بسيار قوي دارد. اثر ديپرون تقريبا 15ـ10 دقيقه پس از تزريق شروع شده و نزديك به يك ساعت ادامه پيدا مي*كند.
موارد مصرف:
ـ براي از بين بردن تب
ـ براي برطرف نمودن درد و تشنجات ناشي از گرفتگي مري به وسيله جسم خارجي
ـ براي آرام كردن دام در حين معاينه و درمان
ـ جهت تسكين كوليك*ها و ساير حالات درد همراه با تشنجات
ـ در ناراحتيهاي روماتيسمي مفاصل و عضلات
ـ در التهابات اعصاب و تاندونها
مقدار و روش مصرف: در موراد حاد مي*توان ديپيرون را از راه داخل وريدي و يا تزريق عضلاني بكار برد. به علت تحريكات بافتي نبايد ديپرون را از راه جلدي تزريق نمود.
گاو: 8 ميلي ليتر به ازاء هر 100 كيلوگرم
اسب: تزريق 44 تا 66 ميلي گرم به ازاي هر كيلوگرم وزن بدن به صورت تزريق وريدي، عضلاني يا زيرجلدي
سگ و گربه: روزانه 3 بار به ميزان 28 ميلي گرم به ازاي هر كيلوگرم وزن بدن به صورت تزريق عضلاني، زيرجلدي يا وريدي
7ـ زمان پرهيز از مصرف: شير 7روز، گوشت 35 روز.
