کمبود ويتامين b6
يا پيريدوکسين در تمامي سبزيجات برگدار، دانه غلات (عمدتًا در b ويتامين 6 سبوس) و بافتهاي حيواني يافت ميشود.
در تمامي سلولها يافت ميشود و شکل فسفره آن در سيستم آنزيمي b ويتامين 6براي واکنشهاي شيميايي در تمام سلولهاي بدن جهت متابوليسم مواد نشاستهاي، چربيو پروتئيني دخالت دارد. همچنين در تبديل تريپتوفان به نياسين و اتصال آهن درهموگلوبين داراي نقش اساسي است. از جمله عوامل بوجود آمدن بيماري ميتوان به کافي نبودن مقدار آن در جيره، بيماريهاي رودهاي، بيماري هاي مزمن و تحت حاد،استفاده طولاني مدت از ترکيبات ضد باکتري که باعث حذف جمعيت ميکروبي عاملبيوسنتز پيريدوکسين در قسمتهاي پايين روده، وجود آنتاگونيسمها در جيره غذايياشاره نمود.
علائم بيماري:
اين علائم عبارتند از کم خوني و ضعف عمومي کاهش رشد ژوليدگي پرها وافتادگي بالها کاهش اشتها پروزيس علائم عصبي تشنج افت توليد تخم کاهش جوجه آوري و مرگ .تلفات جنيني معمولا در هفته دوم انکوباسيون رخ ميدهد.
در صورت پيشرفت بيماري، جوجهها بالهاي خود را کمي باز کرده و سرشان را روي زمين ميگذارند و به اصطلاح چمباتمه ميزنند. لرزش عمومي در ناحيه پشت قابل مشاهده است.
علائم کالبد گشايي:
دراين بيماري علائم کالبد گشاي مشخصي ديده نمي شود.
درمان:
تجويز پيريدوکسين از طريق آب آشاميدني که در مدت کوتاهي علائم بيماري ازبين ميروند.
