موارد مصرف:

این دارو یک کنه کش وسیع*الطیف می*باشد. هچنین در مقابل شپش*ها و جرب در گاو نیز موثر است. از آمیتراز جهت درمان بیماری واروآتوزدر زنبور عسل استفاده می*شود.

مقدار و روش مصرف:

1ـ حمام ضد کنه به حالت غوطه*وری: 25./. درصد آمیتراز 5/12 درصد 500 برابر رقیق شده می*باشد.

برحسب میزان آلودگی و نوع حیوان می*توان از 005/0 در صد تا 1/0 درصد استفاده شود.

2ـ اسپری مستقیم به بدن دام: مقدار 500 میلی لیتر از آمیتراز 5/12 درصد را در 25 لیتر آب و برای کنترل جرب همان مقدار را با 125 لیتر آب مخلوط نموده طی 6 ساعت استفاده شود.

جهت درمان واروآتوز در زنبور عسل می*توان به روشهای زیر عمل کرد.

1ـ خوراکی: مقدار 5/2 تا 5 میلی لیتر از محلول آمیتراز در 50 میلی لیتر شربت غلیظ (1:1) در اختیار زنبورها قرار داده شود. تجویزهای بعدی در فاصله 4 روز و2 تا 4 هفته انجام می*گردد.

2ـ اسپری کردن: مقدار 5/2 میی لیتر از آمیتراز را در 100 میلی لیتر آب حل نموده و اسپری نمایید.

3ـ نوارهای دود کننده: این نوارهای دودکننده باید در محلول نیترات پتاسیم وارد شود و سپس از 1 تا 2 میلی*لیتر از محلول آمیتراز روی آن چکیده شود تا 4 روز روزی 1 نوار آماده شود و مشتعل در کندو قرار داده شود.

موارد منع مصرف:

در تک سمی*ها: استفاده شود، زیرا ممکن است بر اثر انباشتگی کولون باعث مرگ حیوان گردد.

در زنبوز عسل: عسل تولیدی در طول درمان نباید به مصرف خوراکی انسانی برسد.

زمان پرهیز از مصرف: ندارد.
