توبوكولين پستانداران

تركيب و توضيح : توبوكولين پستانداران Purified Protein Detivative (PPD) يك فرآورده سترون تا حدي محلول و خالص شده از كشت باسيل Mycobacterium tuberculosis آماده شده در يك محيط مايع ويژه عاري از پروتئينهاي غير اختصاصي است كه در نتيجه توليد واكنشهاي كاذب نمي كند اين فرآورده مطابق با مسندارائه شده توسط Centeral Veterinary Laboratories , Weybridge, Uk تهيه و از نظر بيوشيمياي و بيولوژيكي مطابق با نمونه هاي استاندارد بين المللي مورد ارزشيابي قرار گرفته است . هر ميلي ليتر شامل 2 ميلي گرم پروتئين خالص مايكوباكتريوم توبركلوز مي باشد .

موارد مصرف : بعنوان مصرف واكنش پوستي در تشخيص توبركلوز پستانداران مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرد .

روشهاي آزمايش : محل توصيه شده براي تزريق يك طرف گردن جايي كه قبلاً*موهاي آن كاملا چيده شده است مي باشد. به كمك يك سرنگ و سوزن استريل 1/0 ميلي ليتر توبركولين پستانداران را بصورت زيرجلدي تزريق كرده و پس از 72 ساعت واكنش پوستي كه با ضخيم شدن پوست همراه مي باشد مورد قضاوت قرار مي گيرد . افزايش ضخامت پوست تا 2 ميلي متر بعنوان واكنش منفي 4-3 ميلي متر مشكوك و 4 ميلي متر به بالا مثبت قلمداد مي شود. در نقطه ديگر به فاصله 13 سانتي متر از محل تزريق توبركولين پستاندارن 1/0 ميلي ليتر توبركولين مرغي نيز به عنوان كنترل تزريق مي وشد. واكنش مثبتي نبايد ديده شود.
توجه : 1- در گوساله ها و گاوهاي جوان توصيه مي شود كه توبركولين مرغي و توبركولين پستانداران هر كدام در يك طرف گردن تزريق شود .
2- در صورت لزوم ,*تكرار تست توبركولين بايد 2 ماه پس از تاريخ اولين تست صورت گيرد

شرائط نگهداري :در محل خنك و تاريك ( يخچال ) نگهداري شود از يخ زدن خودداري نمائيد .
بسته بندي : در ويالهاي 5 ميلي ليتري عرضه مي شود .
