مسئول پژوهشكده رویان اصفهان گفت: پروژه گاو شبیه سازی شده در دستور كار پژوهشكدهرویان اصفهان قرار دارد كه به دلیل زمان بر بودن، طی سه تا پنج سال آینده به نتیجهخواهد رسید.
رویانا تنها به منظور نمایش دادن توانعلمی ایران در دستیابی به علم شبیه سازی در ایران، شبیه سازی شد.
شبیه سازی گوسفند نسبت به دیگر حیوانات با هزینه كمتری همراه بود: رویانا از نظر علمی و تئوری با دیگر گوسفندان تفاوتی ندارد و مانند تمام گوسفندانمی توان از گوشت آن استفاده كرد.
مسئول پژوهشكده رویان اصفهان با بیان اینكه بهدلایل غیر منطقی مصرف گوشت گوسفند شبیه سازی شده جایز شمرده نمی شود تصریح كرد: هماكنون طرح تولید گاو با ژن انسانی در دست بررسی است كه پروژه گاو شبیه سازی شده نیززمان بر است و طی سه تا پنج سال آینده به نتیجه خواهد رسید.وی با اشاره بهاینكه طی دو هفته آتی ژن خارج شده از گوش فیبر و پلاست گاو، آماده تكثیر خواهد بودادامه داد: شبیه سازی گاو نر همانند شبیه سازی گوسفند، یك امر صرفا تبلیغاتی نیستبلكه سعی داریم پروتئین تولید شده از این گاو را در مصارف دارویی و درمان بیماری هاو سكته های قلبی استفاده نمائیم.نصراصفهانی با بیان اینكه شبیه درمانی و شبیهسازی واقعی، دو روش شبیه سازی است كه در كشور تنها از شبیه سازی واقعی برای تولیدگاو و گوسفند استفاده شده است گفت: هم اكنون در مراحل اولیه استفاده از شبیه سازیدرمانی تولید گاو و گوسفند قرار داریم .وی تاكید كرد: طرح های پژوهشی پژوهشكده رویان اصفهان در سه قسمت جنین شناسی، شبیهسازی و استفاده از سلول های بنیادی برای درمان بیماری ها صورت گرفته است.مسئولپژوهشكده رویان اصفهان افزود: در حال حاضر نیز طرح های پژوهشی بر روی عصب بیماراننخاعی در دست اقدام این پژوهشكده قرار دارد.وی از اجرای طرح تحقیقاتی كه باهمكاری پژوهشكده رویان با مركز باروری و ناباروری اصفهان خبر داد و اظهار داشت: بااجرای این طرح كه به منظور باروری اسپرم در مردها صورت می گیرد شانس لقاح را تا دوبرابر افزایش خواهیم داد. نصراصفهانی از ارائه ده ها مقاله در خصوص كیفیت وساختار اسپرم در مجامع علمی دنیا خبر داد و تصریح كرد: در ایران بر خلاف دیگركشورهای جهان كه بر روی طرح های پژوهشی علمی و پزشكی میلیاردها دلار هزینه می شود،بسیار كم و در مقیاس های كوچك مالی كه جوابگوی طرح های پژوهشی نیست سرمایه گذاری میكنند.وی عدم هماهنگی بین موسسات دولتی، وزارتخانه ها، دانشگاه ها و مجامع علمیدر كشور را نامطلوب دانست و ادامه داد: در حال حاضر به منظور اجرای طرح تحقیقاتیتولید گاو با ژن انسانی نیازمند تخمدان گاو هستیم كه به این منظور به كشتارگاه هارجوع كردیم كه به دلیل عدم همكاری، این طرح با موانع متعددی روبرو شده است. مسئول پژوهشكده رویان اصفهان تاكید كرد: این امر در صورتی اتفاق افتاده است كهدر امریكا و اسپانیا تمام مراكز و موسسات دولتی وغیر دولتی همكاری های منسجمی باپژوهشكده ها و مراكز تحقیقاتی انجام می دهند
