ضد انگل داخلی (ضد پیروپلاسموز و مراحل شیزونت تیلریوز و ضد انگلهای خونی).
اشکال داروئی:

Solution for injection: 150 mg/ml
موارد مصرف:
پارواکون (پارواکون) یک تیلریاسید (تیلریاکش) قوی است که در درمان مراحل شیزونت و پیروپلاسم تیلریا بکار می*رود. این دارو همچنین در حیوانات آلوده به تیلریا که هنوز علائم بالینی در آنها ظاهر نشده است نیز بکار می*رود.
مقدار و روش مصرف:
بطور کلی برای 15 کیلوگرم وزن دام به میزان 1 میلی لیتر پاروکسون به عضله گردن دام تزریق شود. این درمان می*بایست مجدداً پس از 48 ساعت تکرار شود.
گوساله : 1 میلی لیتر برای هر 15 کیلو گرم وزن گوساله mg/kg)10) در عضله گردن تزریق شود.

در هنگام ظهور علائم تیلریوز در حیوانات ممکن است آثار و علائم بالینی سایر عفونتهای قابل انتقال توسط کنه*ها مانند آناپلاسموز Cowdriosis، بابزیوز که در اثر تضعیف سیستم ایمنی بدن در حیوان مبتلا ظاهر می*شوند از نظر مخفی بماند، لذا در چنین مواقعی درمانهای مناسب باید انجام پذیرد. به خصوص در مورد آناپلاسموز و Cowdriosis می*توان با استفاده از تزریق اکسی تتراسایکلین با دوز mg/kg10 به درمان دام اقدام نمود. گاهی ممکن است پس از تزریق دارو محل تزریق متورم شود که غالباً طبیعی و گذرااست. پاروکسون می*بایستی منحصراً داخل عضله تزریق شود. در مواقعی که مقدار تزریق بیش از 10 میلی لیتر است باید مقدار تزریق عضلانی را در 3ـ2 ناحیه بدن حیوان تزریق نمود.
موارد منع مصرف:
تزریق داخل وریدی و یا زیر جلدی ممنوع است.
زمان پرهیز از مصرف:
گوشت: 28 روز.
شیر 14 روز.
