ويتامين b براي گربه ها

ويتامين ها براي گربه ها معمولا بصورت متعادل در فرمول هاي غذاي گربه آماده ميشوند. گربه هاي سالمي كه به خوبي تغذيه ميكنند نياز به مكمل هاي ويتامين ندارند.

معمولا فقط به گربه هايي كه دوره ي نقاهت بعد از بيماري را ميگذرانند، گربه هاي سالخورده، گربه هايي كه دچار كم خوني هستند ويتامين ها تجويز مي شود.

ويتامين ب براي سلول سازي و رشد، عملكرد طبيعي و عادي كليه و توليد انرژي ضروري است.

اگر شما متوجه هر يك از علائم كمبود ويتامين ب هستيد بايد با دامپزشك خود مشورت كنيد و برخي از مكمل هاي توصيه شده را تهيه كنيد.

زمان تزريق يا تجويز ويتامين ب براي گربه ها

ويتامين ب قابل حل در آب است بدين معني كه در بدن ذخيره نميشود، بلكه نسبتا از طريق ادرار از بين مي رود. گربه ها نسبت به سگها بيشتر در معرض ابتلا به كمبود ويتامين ب هستند.

اگر گربه شما چند روزي را بدون آب و غذا به سر برده است، احتمال زيادي وجود دارد كه او ويتامين ب زيادي از دست داده باشد. گربه هايي كه رژيم غذايي ضعيفي داشته اند ميتوانند دچار كمبود ويتامين ب باشند.

ممكن است ويتامين ب در طول پروسه ي توليد برخي از مواد غذايي آماده از بين رفته باشد. ماهي اي كه به درستي فراوري نشده است ميتواند در جذب ويتامين ب مداخله و مزاحمت ايجاد كند.

ويتامين ها را ميتوان در شرايط زير نيز تجويز كرد:

- گربه هايي كه مبتلا به بيماري كليوي يا نارسايي كليه هستند، تزريق ويتامين ب 12 تجويز خواهد شد.

- براي گربه هايي كه دچار كم خوني هستند دامپزشكان اغلب تزريق ويتامين ب 12 را تجويز ميكنند.

- اختلالات روده موثر بر معده، لوزالمعده ميتوانند در جذب نشدن ويتامين ب تاثيرگذار باشند.

- استفراغ يا اسهال موجب كم شدن آب بدن و از دست دادن ويتامين ب مي شود.

- از دست دادن اشتها و بي حالي عمومي نيز ميتواند علايم كمبود ويتامين ب در گربه باشد. با توجه به اين كمبود، بدن انرژي مورد نياز را توليد نمي كند.

- اشكال شديدتر كمبود ويتامين ب ميتواند منجر به حمله ي ناگهاني (تشنج) و افسردگي در گربه ها شود.

نحوه ي تزريق ويتامين ب

ويتامين هاي ب در فرمول هاي تركيبي براي گربه وجود دارند و در دسترس هستند، اما هيچ ويتامين ب فرمول بندي شده مخصوص گربه ها وجود ندارد.

دامپزشك ممكن است ب 12 (cobalamine) يا ويتامين ب كمپلكس دهاني يا به صورت تزريق را تجويز كند.

چون ويتامين ب خوراكي براي انسانها فرمول بندي شده است، بنابراين حاوي شكر و طعم دهنده هايي است كه ممكن است براي گربه خوشايند نباشد.

در اين صورت، در اغلب موارد تزريق توصيه ميشود، زيرا آنها زير پوستي هستند و در نتيجه تقريبا بدون دردند.

اگر نياز است كه گربه تان تزريق ب 12 داشته باشد و شما ميخواهيد خود اين كار را انجام دهيد بايد دامپزشك به شما نحوه انجام تزريق را آموزش دهد.

بهترين نقطه براي تزريق، پوست شل ناحيه گردن است ( پوستي كه مادر، بچه گربه هايش را از طريق آن قسمت به دندان ميگيرد).

پوست شل را نگهداريد، سوزن سرنگ را وارد كنيد (نيازي نيست عميق تر از 2 ميلي متر باشد) و سرنگ را خالي كنيد.

خطرات ناشي از ويتامين هاي ب براي گربه ها

اگرچه ويتامين ب سمي نيست اما دادن دوز بالا ممكن است موجب شوك آنافيلاكتيك شود.

حيواناتي كه داراي حساسيت فوق العاده به cobalamine يا كبالت هستند نبايد به آنها ب12 داده شود.
