شناخت شوره گربه

شوره در گربه حالتی است که در آن حیوان پوست مرده خود را به سرعت از دست میدهد و نیازمند رسیدگی و درمان است، ولی نباید آن را با روند طبیعی و تدریجی پوست ریزی سلولهای مرده در گربه اشتباه گرفت .

عوامل ایجاد شوره در گربه

عوامل گوناگونی در ایجاد شوره نقش دارند. انگل ها یکی از رایج ترین علت های اصلی هستند، هر چند که این امکان نیز است که شوره در نتیجه مشکلات پوستی، چاقی، عفونت، سرطان و سیستم ایمنی بدن نیز ایجاد شود.

قرار گرفتن طولانی مدت در معرض آفتاب و آب و هوای خشک محیطی نیز، شوره را تشدید کرده و یا حتی ممکن است خود به عنوان عامل اصلی ایجاد شوره شناخته شود.

نشانه های شوره در گربه

از علایم اولیه شوره در گربه مقدار زیادی پوست های ریز در لابه لای مو یا رختخواب گربه است.

گربه مبتلاء به شوره آمادگی پوستی خشک را دارد که به علت این خشکی ممکن است، علائمی از ناراحتی به علت تحریکات پوستی یا خشکی در گربه، توجه شما به آن جلب شود.

از دیگر علائم شوره که ممکن است در این زمان مشاهده شود، اقدام به خاراندن پوست توسط گربه است که در دراز مدت این عمل باعث تشدید شوره و همچنین احساس درد و ناراحتی در پوست او می شود.

تشخیص و درمان شوره گربه

در صورت مشاهده شوره زیاد در محل رفت و آمدگربه در منزل یا مشاهده هر کدام از علائم ذکر شده در بالا، مراجعه به دامپزشک را در برنامه های خود قرار دهید. دامپزشک با بررسی و معاینه وضعیت جسمی گربه، بیماری را تشخیص خواهد داد.

اما دامپزشک فقط به پیدا کردن علائم شوره اکتفاء نمیکند ، بلکه او بدنبال پیدا کردن نشانه های بالقوه (غیر آشکار) و علائم هشدار دهنده است که احتمالا نشان از یک بیماری جدی میباشد.

اگر دام پزشک مشکوک است که علت شوره وجود انگلهایی مانند مایت ، کک یا کنـه است، ممکن است اقدام به آزمایش نمونه پوست از گربه نماید.

برای انجام این آزمایش نیاز است که دامپزشک تکه ای از پوست گربه را زیر میکروسکوپ بررسی نماید. این نوع آزمایش سریع و کاملا بدون درد است.

بعد از تشخیص علت شوره، دامپزشک مطابق با علت، راه درمانی را توصیه می نماید. برای شوره با منشاء حساسیت، اولین اقدام جهت درمان شخیصص منبع حساسیت زا و حذف آن از محیط است.

در درمان شوره با علت چاقی، کاهش وزن دادن وزن، رژیم غذایی و برنامه ورزشی به درمان شوره کمک میکند.

اگر حیوان خانگی شما از خشکی پوست رنج می برد، برای افزایش رطوبت در خانه اقدام به نصب دستگاه بخور نمایید.

در انتها، در صورت تجویز شامپو ضد شوره مخصوص گربه توسط دامپزشک میتوانید از آنها جهت درمان استفاده نمایید و اما این نکته را مد نظر داشته باشید که هرگز برای کاهش شوره در گربه از شامپو ضد شوره انسانی، استفاده نکنید.

در صورت گذشت دو هفته از شروع درمان اولیه و عدم پاسخ مثبت به درمان مجدداً در زمینه با دامپزشک مشورت نمایید.
