بیماری انگلی خارجی پوست در سگ و گربه

سگ ، گربه و انسان با خوردن کک آلوده ، به کرم پهن مبتلا می شوند .

Flea allergy dermatitis( FAD ) :
FAD ناشی از ازدیاد حساسیت نسبت به گزش کک می باشد ، این بیماری یکی از معمولترین بیماریهای پوستی در سگ و همچنین مهمترین آنها در گربه می باشد ؛ این ازدیاد حساسیت ناشی از بزاق کک می باشد که هنگام خونخواری آن را به بدن میزبان تزریق می کند و معمولا immediate & delayed- type immune responses را بر می انگیزد .
از آنجایی که FAD به flea activity وابسته است بنابراین وقوع آن در فصول سرد و به خصوص در مورد حیواناتی که در فضای آزاد نگهداری می شوند ناچیز است و یا اصلاً دیده نمی شود ، در حالی که در مناطق و یا حتی منازل گرم ( در مواردی که سگ یا گربه داخل منزل است ) وقوع بیماری ناشی از ککها همواره دیده می شود . چه در سگ چه گربه بیشتر نواحی از بدن تحت تاَثیر قرار می گیرند که محل تجمع و تغذیه ککها باشند که این نواحی معمولا عبارتند از :
1- ناحیه کمر و پشت حیوان
2- سطح داخلی رانها ( inner thighs )
3- زیر شکم ( ventral abdomen )
ضایعات اولیه مشاهده شده در سگ شامل crusted papules در نواحی فوق الذکر به صورت منطقه ای و مجزا از هم می باشند . علائم به میزان تماس با عامل بیماری زا و همچنبن میزان حساسیت دام بستگی دارد . خارش شدید ، بی قراری و ناراحتی دام از جمله علائم دیگر آلودگی با کک می باشد ( علائم غیر اختصاصی ) . خراشیدن ، گزش و مالش dermatitis را تشدید می نماید ، نواحیی از alopecia ، scaling ، hyper pigmentation و همچنین ضخیم و سخت شدن پوست یا lichenification نیز مشاهده می شود ، در صورت عدم درمان ، FAD منجر به pyoderma و seborrhea ( ترشحات غیر طبیعی sebaceous glands ) می شود ؛ FAD در گربه از نظر کلینیکی و پاتوژنز مشابه سگ است ، در گربه تعداد زیادی ضایعات papulocrusting ایجاد می شود که به این وضعیت military dermatitis اطلاق می شود و عمدتاً نواحی اطراف گردن و سر دم ( tailhead) حیوان را در گیر می کند .

تشخیص ( Diagnosis ) :

وجود علائم مربوط به FAD دال بر یک flea infestation می باشد ، علاوه بر این بیماریهای پوستی دیگری هم ممکن است وجود داشته باشد که در این موارد توصیه بر آن است که ابتدا flea infestation را به عنوان عامل اصلی برطرف کنید ، با دیدن ککهایی که در لابه لای موهای حیوان حرکت می کنند می توان به flea infestation به راحتی پی برد .
صاحب دام ممکن است ککها را روی بدن دام و یا در محیط اطراف آن دیده باشد ، با استفاده از یک برس مناسب می توان flea ها و flea dirt را نیز از بدن دام جدا کرد . اگر هنگام شانه کردن یک کاغذ نمناک سفید را زیر دام قرار دهیم ، پس از شانه کردن حیوان ، کاغذ به رنگ قرمز- قهوه ای در خواهد آمد ( به خاطر اینکه همانطور که در بالا اشاره شد مدفوع ککها قرمز رنگ است ) .
تخمهای کک را نیز می توان به کمک یک ذره بین مشاهده کرد ، حضور قطعاتی از کرمهای پهن یا تخم آنها در مدفوع حیوان باید شما را به آلودگی با کک مشکوک کند .
