گوشت های چینی دوپینگی از آب درآمد

چین نسبت به گزارشی که ورزشکاران را از مصرف گوشت در این کشور به علت افزایش احتمال دوپینگ غیرعمدی منع می کند، واکنش نشان داد.
به گزارش مشرق به نقل از ایرنا، سازمان ضد دوپینگ آلمان در گزارشی اعلام کرد احتمال دوپینگ تصادفی در چین و مکزیک بیشتر است.
در این گزارش به بیان خطرهای ماده آنابولیک کلنبوترول می پردازد. مصرف این ماده می تواند تشکیل توده عضلانی را در حیوانات سرعت ببخشد. سازمان ضد دوپینگ آلمان به ورزشکاران آلمانی که به چین می روند هشدار داد از خوردن گوشت خودداری کنند.
ژائو جیان قائم مقام سازمان ضد دوپینگ چین در گفت و گو با روزنامه چاینا دیلی این واکنش آلمانی ها را اغراق شده توصیف کرد.
وی گفت: ورزشکاران خارجی باید در مورد کیفیت غذای ارایه شده در چین مطمئن باشند.
این مقام چینی گفت: تمام مواد غذایی خریداری شده برای رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی به دقت بررسی می شود.
ژائو گفت: هیچ نگرانی برای ورزشکاران چینی وجود ندارد. تیم های داخلی همیشه با هم تمرین می کنند و مواد غذایی ارایه شده در محل های تمرین به دقت بررسی می شود.
به گفته این مقام چینی، چین هر ساله 100 تا 200 رویدادهای ورزشی داخلی و بین المللی برگزار می کند و اگر آلودگی غذایی وجود داشت، مدتها پیش برملا می شد.
وی گفت ما هر ساله 1500 ورزشکار را برای آزمایش دوپینگ به طور تصادفی انتخاب می کنیم که نتایج آن بندرت مثبت است. ژائو به وجود روشهای غیرقانونی تغذیه دام اذعان کرد اما آن را کم اهمیت برشمرد.
به گفته این مقام چینی برخی افراد وجود دارند که افزودنی های غیرمجاز به دام می دهند و این ماده ممکن است در گوشت بماند. اما احتمال اینکه این کار به نتیجه مثبت آزمایش دوپینگ بینجامد خیلی کم است.
ژائو سازمان ضد دوپینگ آلمان را متهم کرد درمورد چین بطور گزینشی عمل کرده است. وی مبنای علمی این ادعاها را مورد تردید قرار داد و گفت: آلودگی غذایی یک مشکل جهانی است.
ژائو در پایان گفت: هر فرد یا سازمانی باید هنگام ارزیابی ایمنی غذایی در کشور دیگری بجای گمراه کردن ورزشکاران با آمارهای ساده و مجزا ، گزارشهای معتبر تهیه کند.
