آنفولانزاي اسبي

اين بيماري اصولاً به همراه يك التهاب در قسمت فوقاني دستگاه تنفس بروز مينمايد . بيشتر واگيرها در اسب جوان كمتر از 2 سال و به ويژه در سنين بين 2 تا 6 ماه بروز مي كند .

علايم بيماري :

تب خفيف تا شديد ، سرفه كه ابتدا خشك بوده و سپس مرطوب مي گردد و ترشحات بيني كه گاهاً به صورت آبكي ديده مي شود .

اسبهايي كه در شرايط نامساعد محيط خارج نگهداري مي شوند ، دوره بيماري را بدون عارضه گذرانده ولي اسب هايي كه كار مي كنند و يا در حمل و نقل مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرند و يا اينكه در معرض شرايط نامساعد جوي واقع مي شوند سرفه در آنها شديدتر شده و حتي ممكن است به عوارضي چون برونشيت ، ذات الريه و خيز پاها دچار شوند .اما خوشبختانه ميزان مرگ و مير حدود 1 تا 3 درصد مي باشد .

عامل بيماري ناشي از ويروس تيپ a بوده كه داراي دو نوع a1 و a2 مي باشد .

انتقال بيماري در اسب از طريق استنشاق هوايي بوده كه قطرات آلوده ترشحات دستگاه تنفسي اسب هاي بيمار در هوا پراكنده شده و باعث انتقال بيماري مي شود . از اين رو در زمان كوتاهي اين ويروس قادر است اسب هاي موجود در آن محيط را آلوده كند و در ضمن انتشار به وسيله اشيا آلوده نيز امكان پذير است . به طور كلي مسابقات اسبدواني ، نمايشگاههاي عرضه اسب و محيط هايي كه جراحي هاي اسب در آنجا انجام مي شود اماكن مناسبي براي انتشار اين بيماري در سطح جهاني محسوب مي شود .


كنترل و پيشگيري :

جهت ايجاد ايمني در اسب واكسيناسيون توصيه مي شود ، اسبها بايد با 2 دوز واكسن به فاصله 6 تا 12 هفته مهيه كوبي شده و هر ساله نيز مقدار دوز توصيه شده تزريق گردد .

مراعات اصول بهداشت در جلوگيري از انتشار بيماري در انسان و حيوان موثر است . وسايل نقليه اي كه در انتقال اسب ها به كار مي روند بايد در فواصل نقا و انتقالات كاملاً ضدعفوني شوند . حركت انبوه اسبان به دلايلي از محلي به محل ديگر سرعت انتشار بيماري را تقويت مي كند . مجزا نگهداشتن دام هايي كه تازه به محلي وارد شده اند در كنترل بيماري موثر خواهد بود .


درمان :درمان خاصي وجود ندارد اما استفاده از آنتي بيوتيك هاي وسيع الطيف جهت جلوگيري از عفونت هاي ثانويه توصيه مي شود . اما مهمترين راه درمان پرستاري مناسب از اسب ها ، رعايت كردن تمام مقررات بهداشتي ، استراحت كافي ، عدم فعاليت . تهويه مناسب ، تعويض علوفه و وسايل آلوده ، دماي مناسب و جلوگيري از عفونت هاي ثانويه مي باشد .
