التهاب تاندون ها

التهاب تاندون ها ممكن است يكي از علل آسيب هاي ورزشي و درگيري اندام حركتي تحتاني باشد . التهاب تاندون ها به معني تورم تاندون ها و درگيري تاندون عضله مي باشد . تاندون نزديك ترين لايه به پوست است كه بخشي از پايين زانو و بخولق را شامل مي شود .

تاندونايتيس معمولاً نتيجه مقدار زيادي فشار يا كشيدگي تاندون ها در طول فعاليت هاي شديد مي باشد . وضعيت ضعيف پاها در مسابقات ، انحراف بيش از حد بخولق ها و نعل هاي غير مناسب و بانداژهاي بسيار سفت و محكم بر روي تاندون ها باعث استرس و فشار به آنها مي شود.

روش هاي درماني بسار زيادي براي تاندونايتيس وجود دارد ولي حقيقت اين است كه پاسخ اسب ها به درمان متفاوت مي باشد و بستگي به نوع آسيب تاندوني و مقدار درگيري تاندون ها دارد .

نشانه هاي كلينيكي درگيري شامل خميدگي هاي پراكنده در پشت پاها ، گرما و درد در هنگام لمس است و درجات متفاوتي از لنگش ديده مي شود . آسيب تاندوني از يك تورم متوسط در اطراف ساختار تاندون تا بيشترين آسيب به بافت تاندون يا حتي به پارگي كامل بخشي از تاندون مي انجامد .

درمان :

سرما درماني كه باعث كاهش گرما و تورم بافت مي شود . گذاشتن يخ يا آب سرد 4 تا 6 بار در روز به مدت نيم ساعت بانداژ كردن كه باعث فشار عليه خميدگي به وجود آمده شود
