فیزیولوژی تخمگذاری در کبوتر ماده

فرآیند تخم گذاری در پرنده تحت تاثیر هورمونهای خاصی انجام می گیرد.

در پرنده ماده هورمونهای جنسی پروژسترون و استروژن ترشح می شوند که تحت تاثیر هورمونهای فوق سیستم مجاری تولید مثلی حیوان ماده رشد نمو پیدا می کند.

همچنین هورمونهای fsh و lh از هیپوفیز پیشین ترشح شده و باعث رشد فولیکولها(زرده)بر روی تخمدان پرنده ماده شده و همچنین باعث تعدیل و یا تشدید ترشح دو هورمون پروژسترون و استروژن می گردند.

بطور کلی دستگاه تولید مثلی کبوتر از دو قسمت تشکیل شده است:

۱-تخمدان

۲- سیستم مجاری

در تخمدان همانگونه که در بالا آورده شد فولیکولها تشکیل می گردند.

بزرگترین فولیکول آزاد و در اختیار سیستم مجاری قرار می گیرد .


سیستم مجاری تشکیل شده از قسمتهای ذیل می باشد:

۱-شیپور فالوپ:زرده به مدت ربع ساعت در آن توقف داشته و تخمک با اسپرم در این محل لقاح می یابد.

۲-ماگنوم:زرده به مدت ۳ الی ۴ ساعت در آن توقف داشته و سفیده در اطراف آن تشکیل می گردد.

۳-استی موس:که تخم در آن به مدت ۱.۵ ساعت متوقف و غشاها در اطراف آن ایجاد می گردد.

۴-اتروس:که تخم بیشترین توقف را در این مکان داشته و پوسته آهکی در اطراف آن ایجاد می گردد.
