بیماریهای انگلی داخلی در کبوترها

آسکاریدیاز:عامل این بیماری کرمهای گرد انگلی به نام لاتین آسکاریدیاکولومبه است که هم کبوترهای اهلی و هم کبوترهای وحشی را آلوده می کند.شکل ظاهری این کرم شبیه کرم مشابه در ماکیان(آسکاریدیا گالی)است.

این کرم در روده باریک(عمدتا در ناحیه دوازدهه و بخشهای بالایی روده باریک)کبوتر مستقر می شود.آلودگی شدید باعث توقف رشدو ژولیدگی پرها می شود.

آلودگی بیش از حد کبوتر با این کرم سبب انسداد روده باریک و سوراخ کردن روده و چسبندگی آن می شود.کرم آسکاریس چرخه انگلی مستقلی دارد ودوره آلودگی به ۹ هفته یا بیشتر می رسد.

لاروهای این کرم به دیواره روده باریک نفوذ کرده و التهاب روده را باعث می شود.کبوترهای جوان به این انگل حساس تر از افراد بالغ اند.این کرم از راه آب وغذای آلوده به تخم انگل منتقل می شود.

وقتی شرایط محیطی(رطوبت ودما)مناسب باشد شیوع این آلودگی سرعت می گیرد.مدفوع کبوترهای مبتلا حاوی تخم انگل است.


علائم بیماری:کبوترهای آلوده به کرم آسکاریس علاوه بر اسهال توقف رشد-لاغری- گیجی و تغییر رنگ پوست نشان می دهند.

وجود انگل زیادموجب مکیده شدن خون زیاداز دیواره روده توسط این انگل و جذب نا کافی مواد غذایی از روده باریک و در نتیجه کم خونی پرنده می شود که این امر با نشانه رنگ پریدگی پوست و غشاهای مخاطی پرنده آشکار می شود.

تشخیص:برای تشخیص دقیق وجود این انگل در کبوتران می توان پرندگان مشکوک را کالبد گشایی کرد یا مدفوع آنان را از لحاظ وجود تخم کرم که بیضوی شکل است و دیواره ضخیمی دارد مورد آزمایش قرار داد.

گاهی کرم بالغ با طول ۳.۵ سانتی متر و قطر ۱.۵ تا ۲ میلی متر از طریق مدفوع دفع می گردد.

درمان آسکاریدیاز:داروی اختصاصی برای درمان آسکاریدیاز و انواع کلاپیلاریا در کبوتر دارویی است به نام کامبندازول با نام تجارتی آسکاپیلیا.در مصرف این دارو باید به کبوترهایی با وزن بیش از ۴۰۰گرم به مدت دو روز و هر روز یک کپسول خورانده شود.

کبوترهای سنگین باید روزانه ۲ کپسول دریافت کنند.

در صورت در دسترس نبودن داروی فوق می توان از داروهایی چون هیدروکلرور لوامیزول با نام تجاری اسپارتاکون-سوسپانسیونفن بندازول-ایورمکتین با نام تجاری ایومک -ترکیبات پپرازین مثل فسفات پپرازین-سیترات پپرازین و غیره

طبق دستورالعمل مصرف یا دستور دامپزشک استفاده کرد.درمان در سنین ۶-۱۶و۲۶هفتگی انجام می گردد و باید پس از هر درمان مکمل ویتامینهای a-d3وe را به پرنده خورانید.

از آنجا که آلودگی کبوترها به این انگل بسیار شایع است بهتر است درمان ضد انگلی بر علیه آسکاریدیاز سالی چند نوبت در کل گله انجام گیرد.

تمیز نگهداشتن جایگاه کبوتران دادن آب آشامیدنی تمیز و مصرف غذای تمیز و غیر آلوده به مدفوع و درمان احتیاطی سالی چند بار با داروهای فوق الذکر از مهمترین اقدامات برای جلوگیری از ابتلای گله کبوترها به کرمهای آسکارید است.
