بیماری پاراتیفوئید کبوتر

بیماری بسیار خطرناک و درد آور است و توسط برخی از سروتیپ های باکتریهای سالمونلا پاراتیفی(گرم منفی) پدید می آید.

علائم بالینی این بیماری بصورت لکه هایی در بدن کبوتر قابل مشاهده است.این بیماری بصورت عفونت در نقاط مختلف بدن کبوتر پدید می آید که بصورت تورم در مفاصل پاها یا بالها ظهور می نماید.

این باکتری می تواند توسط خون به تمام نقاط بدن نفوذ کرده و موجب سپتی سمی گردد.

از دیگر علائم بالینی آن افت جوجه درآوری در تخمها-تلفات بالای جنینی وتلفات بالای جوجه های تازه از تخم خارج شده است.


این بیماری اگر درمان نشود در نهایت به مرگ کبوتر منجر می شود.در این بیماری پوست پاهای کبوتر برجسته شده و کنده می شود.

بیماری فوق بیشتر در کبوترهای جوان دیده می شود و رنگ زیر شکم کبوتر زرد رنگ میگردد.

بطور کلی در ضایعات کالبد گشایی ممکن است کبد پرخون و متورم و همچنین کانونهای نکروتیک سفید یا قهوهای در روی کبد دیده شوند.

یکی از ضایعات کالبد گشایی محرز و اختصاصی پاراتیفویید وجود چرک لوله ای شکل در سکوم ها می باشد که با آنتریت همراه است.

و از علائم بالینی دیگر آن کوری کبوتر است که البته اختصاصی نبوده و در پولوروم هم دیده می شود.در اینحالت رنگ چشم کبوتر زرد یا سفید شده و چشمان کبوتر کم کم بسته می گردد.

طریقه انتقال این بیماری بیشتر از تماس کبوتر آلوده با کبوتر سالم بوجود آمده و یا از طریق مادر به جوجه انتقال و حتی از منافذ تخم هم به داخل آن نفوذ می کند.

درمان:۱ سی سی سولفادیمین سدیم را در ۲ لیتر آب حل کرده و بمدت ۳ تا ۵ روز به کبوتران بیمار بخورانید.

اگر درمان فوق مفید واقع نگردید می توانید ۰.۱ سی سی جنتامایسین ۵درصد را برای مدت ۳ روز به کبوتر تزریق کنید(روزی ۰.۱ سی سی)

البته برای دارو دادن پیشنهاد کشت آنتی بیوگرام است اما اگر از علائم بالینی و ضایعات کالبد گشایی اختصاصی مطمئن شدید که بیماری پاراتیفویید است می توانید از داروهای فوق استفاده کنید.


علت توصیه کشت آنتی بیوگرام این است که ممکن است در برابر داروهای فوق مقاومت دارویی وجود داشته باشد.

این باکتری به طریق کلونیزاسیون در روده به گیرنده های دستگاه گوارش متصل شده و اختلالاتی را در هضم وجذب پدید می آورد.
