كالبدشناسي و بافت شناسي عضو ومرونازال در گاوميش

در اين بررسي، به منظور مطالعه كالبدشناسي عضو ومرونازال در گاوميش تعداد 51 عدد سر گاوميش بالغ و سالم مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از عضو مذكور برشهاي طولي و عرضي (سريال) تهيه شد و وضعيت قرار گرفتن عضو در كف حفره بيني با توجه به ستيغ هاي كامي دهان مورد ارزيابي واقع شد. طول عضو ومرونازال در گاوميش 1.5± 18.9 سانتيمتر اندازه گيري گرديد كه محل شروع آن از برجستگي كل ثنايايي و خاتمه آن در محاذات دومين دندان پيش آسيايي بود. اين عضو توسط غلاف غضروفي شفاف و ناقصي احاطه شده است. حداكثر قطر حلقه غضروفي در 3/1 مياني طول عضو ديده مي شود. در بررسي ساختار بافتي عضو ومرونازال در گاوميش پس از جداسازي از 4 سر حيوان و طي مراحل تهيه بافت، بررسي بافتي نشان داد كه اپيتليوم مخاطي عضو ومرونازال از دو نوع تنفسي و بويايي تشكيل گرديده است كه نوع تنفسي بيشتر ديواره خارجي و نوع بويايي ديواره داخلي مجراي عضو را مفروش كرده است. در پارين بخش تنفسي پراكندگي شبكه عروقي و غدد به مراتب بيشتر از بخش بويايي بوده و بافت نرم عضو توسط لوله غضروفي و ناقصي از جنس هيالن احاطه گرديده است كه در انتها به صورت قطعات جداگانه و كوچكي جلب توجه مي نمايد.
