استفاده از آزمايش جلدي براي تشخيص سالمونلوز تجربي در خرگوش

در اين مطالعه استفاده از واكنش ازدياد حساسيت تاخيري )آزمايش پوستي ((Skin test) براي تشخيص سالمونلوز تجربي در خرگوش مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. بدين ترتيب كه 8 سر خرگوش را به چهار گروه تقسيم نموده و به سه گروه از آنها از راه دهان تعداد 2×109 C.F.U سالمونلا دابلين، سالمونلا آبورتوس اويس و سالمونلا تيفي موريوم خورانيده شد و يك گروه نيز به عنوان شاهد انتخاب گرديد. قبل از ايجاد سالمونلوز همه خرگوش ها در كشت مدفوع و آزمايش هاي سرمي منفي بودند. آزمايش پوستي با تزريق داخل جلدي پادگن سونيكه سالمونلا تيفي موريوم انجام شد. ضخامت پوست محل تزريق قبل از تزريق و در ساعت 24، 48، 72 و 96 بعد از تزريق باكوليس اندازه گيري شد كه در خرگوش هاي آلوده شده بعد از 24 تا 48 ساعت افزايشي معادل 1.5-2 برابر مشاهده گرديد.
