ايمني زايي باكتري آئروموناس هيدروفيلا در ماهي كپور معمولي

به منظور بررسي ايمني زايي باكتري آئروموناس هيدروفيلا، عامل سپتي سمي هموراژيك در ماهيان كپور استان فارس و تعيين پاسخ ايمني هومورال ماهي كپور معمولي سه نوع آنتي ژن مختلف از اين باكتري تهيه شد كه شامل باكتري غيرفعال شده با فرمالين (يك درصد) و حرارت ديده 60) درجه به مدت 4 ساعت( و باكتري زنده بود. 45 ماهي كپور معمولي در 9 گروه 5 تايي به سه روش متفاوت خوراكي با دوز 109 سلول/ ميلي ليتر/ ماهي، غوطه ور سازي با دوز 107 سلول/ ميلي ليتر/ ماهي و تزريق داخل صفاقي با دوز 105 سلول/ ميلي ليتر/ ماهي در روزهاي صفر و 20 آزمايش در معرض آنتي ژن ها قرار گرفتند. براي گروه كنترل 15 ماهي در 3 گروه مذكور از بافر فسفات سيلين استفاده گرديد. در روزهاي 45 و 60 پس از ايمن سازي از سياهرگ دمي ماهي، خون جمع آوري و سرم آن جهت آزمايش هاي ايمني شناسي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. براي تعيين پاسخ ايمني هومورال به آنتي ژن ها از آزمايش حساس و دقيق اليزا استفاده گرديد. نتايج آزمايش كه توسط آزمايش اليزا صورت گرفت نشان داد كه باكتري كشته شده با فرمالين داراي نتايج بهتري است و روش خوراكي تجويز آنتي ژن نسبت به ساير روش هاي تجويز داراي اثرات بهتري مي باشد. همچنين تيتر آنتي بادي تا روز 60 پس از تجويز آنتي ژن روند افزايشي را نشان داد.
